摘 要
时间进入21世纪,国民经济高速发展,对电力的需求剧增,因此,对电力系统的要求也随之提高。在此背景下,传统电网显然已不能满足要求,建设智能电网是必然的趋势。变电站是整个电网中至关重要的一部分,在生产运行过程中发挥巨大作用。传统变电站的的监测装置大多独自进行信息采集、分析和评估。由于获取的是局部、独立的信息,所以只能分散的应用信息,因此整个系统不能完全统一,无法完成全站统一的状态在线监测。区别于传统变电站,智能变电站能够获取全站实时状态信息,实现了变电站状态信息的获取、整合、分析、重组和共享。智能变电站的发展与应用,能使输配电和电网调度能力大大加强。
伴随着智能变电站的不断发展,变电站设备在线监测技术也发展迅速。本文作者查阅了大量的文献和现场资料,阐述国内外智能变电站在线监测技术研究的发展情况。
其次,本文阐述了智能变电站运行的特点,整体结构及如何实现,详细讲解了传统变电站与智能变电站之间的区别,介绍了智能变电站对在线监测系统的要求及存在的问题和解决方案。

Intelligent Substation Online Monitoring Technology
Abstract
Time to enter the 21st century, science and technology and the high-speed economic development, the scale of power grid is also an expanding, informationization level is higher and higher.Under the new development situation and circumstance, the traditional power grid has obviously can not keep up with the trend of the times, the construction of smart grid is an inevitable trend.Substation as a vital part of the power grid, play an important role in the whole operation process.Most of the traditional substation monitoring device alone for information collection, analysis and evaluation.Because the information acquisition is local, isolated, the application of the information is fragmented, discrete, lack of unity, so that the whole system is difficult to complete the total station unified state monitoring.Different from the traditional substation, intelligent substation has the ability to obtain the real-time status information of the station, realize the acquisition, integration, analysis, reorganization and sharing of information in substation.The development of smart substation, the power transmission and distribution and scheduling capability has been greatly enhanced.
With the development of smart substation, substation equipment on-line monitoring technology is also in constant development.In this paper, the author has consulted the massive literature and field data, describes the development of domestic and International Smart Substation on-line monitoring technology research.
Secondly, this paper explains the operation characteristics of smart substation, the overall structure and the implementation scheme, explain in detail the differences between intelligent substation and traditional substation, introduces the requirements of intelligent substation on-line monitoring system and the existing problems and solutions.
