学生信息管理系统的设计

摘 要

计算机技术水平的提高，其强大的功能在社会的各种领域,发挥着越来越重要的作用。高校的学生信息管理系统是高校管理工作重要的组成部分。高校之前一直都是人力管理学生个人信息，其效率低，保密性差。因此，高校迫切需要把计算机技术应用到学生学籍信息管理中,对学生信息的进行高效管理。本文设计的高校学生学籍管理系统就是利用C/S架构能在局域网中对学生信息进行处理，并保存在数据库中。本次设计是基linux平台设计的，将sqlite3作为后台数据库,利用结构化查询语句对数据库的访问。该设计的主要模块有管理员和学生两种身份，管理员能对学生的信息进行添加，修改和删除等功能。学生的权限只能查看的个人信息还有成绩排名，并打印出来，利于学生的查看。本文设计的高校学生学籍管理系统可以满足高校对学生学籍信息的网络化管理需要,解决了传统管理工作效率低的实际问题,为高校的管人员、教师和学生提供良好的服务。

Abstract：The increasing level of computer technology has played an increasingly important role in all areas of society. The student information management system in colleges and universities is regarded as an important component of university management.t.Before colleges and universities. In the past, colleges and universities have always been managed personal information by students, which is inefficient and has poor confidentiality.Therefore, colleges urgently is needed to apply computer technology to student student information management, and student information is efficiently managed by the school.The college student status management system designed in this paper is used to process student information in the LAN using the C/S framework and is stored in the database.The main module of the design is divided into two kinds of identities for administrators and students. The information of student students is added, modified and deleted by the administrator.The student"s personal information and achievement rankings are viewed by the student"s authority and printed out..The designed student information management system of colleges and universities can meet the needs of colleges and universities for the network management of students" student status information, solve the practical problems of the traditional management work efficiency, and provide good services for the administrators, teachers and students of colleges and universities.

1 绪论

1.1 课题研究的目的和意义

当今，高校办学规模的扩大，使得学生信息管理成为一个繁重的工作。在大多高等学府中，往往有成千上万的学生，学生信息的记录和查询将是一个复杂的工作。且对学生信息的长久保存也存在较大的安全隐患。如今互联网的高速发展，且互联网的在学生信息的管理方面有着人力难以企及的优势，快速高效处理数据的能力，并具有长期有效保存信息的能力，可以节省管理的时间和成本。因此，利用互联网建立一个学生信息管理系统是非常必要的。在本次设计系统中，应该包括学生信息处理的方方面面的信息，尤其其是对于学生信息的查询，将是非常重要的。学生信息管理系统的开发目的是管理全校学生的各种信息也可以是某个班级的管理系统，方便学生信息的查询。系统的使用对象是学生和管理人员。该系统开发的管理者主要使用对象是教务处工作人员，校院系领导、班主任、教师等等之类。本次系统设计开发的主要技术包括C/S架构的搭建和维护，及数据库设计和开发，SQL结构化查询语句的编写。并有友好的人机互动界面，应用程序功能合理，易操作等特点。学校的管理尤其是学生信息的管理模块是高校必不可少的一部分。将计算机技术，用作学生信息的管理具有过去难以企及的优点。例如：检索方便，成本低，存储量大等等。因此这样软件的开发是必要且有用的。
