有源相控阵雷达天线的振动控制方案研究

摘 要

有源相控阵天线作为军用电子设备的典型代表之一,得益于其优越的性能和精度,已经成为了雷达系统的核心。 但是由于机载雷达天线的工作环境中常常出现振动、冲击、等干扰雷达工作的因素,并且有源相控阵雷达具有高功耗等自身特点,在这样的条件下有源相控阵雷达天线的结构可能会产生严重的变形,这将会大大制约有源相控阵雷达天线的高增益、高精度等优越性能的实现。 因此,进一步研究有源相控阵天线结构,在满足性能指标的前提下,需要制定更合理的结构设计。

本文通过使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对一款机载有源相控阵雷达天线的振动控制方案进行研究。通过查阅参考文献了解常见的振动控制方法,确定了在铝制外框和机身连接处添加橡胶支座的振动控制方案,从材料的角度简述了橡胶阻尼器的减振机理,并使用了ANSYS有限元分析软件对雷达天线进行有限元建模,对机载有源相控阵雷达天线进行进一步的模态分析和谐响应分析,来得到振动控制的效果数据。在选用了不同参数的橡胶支座后,经过对有限元分析所得的多组数据进行对比后,得出了橡胶支座参数对于减振效果好坏的影响的规律。

Abstract

The active phased array antenna is one of the typical representatives of military electronic equipment. Thanks to its superior performance and accuracy, it has become the core of radar systems. However, due to factors such as vibration, impact, and other interference with radar operation in the working environment of the airborne radar antenna, and active phased array radar has its own characteristics such as high power consumption, the active phased array radar antenna under such conditions. The structure may have serious distortion, which will greatly restrict the realization of superior performance such as high gain and high precision of the active phased array radar antenna. Therefore, the structure of the active phased array antenna is further studied. Under the premise of satisfying the performance index, a more reasonable structural design needs to be made.

This article uses ANSYS finite element analysis software to study the vibration control scheme of an airborne active phased array radar antenna. Through consulting the reference literature to understand the common vibration control methods, the vibration control scheme for adding rubber bearings at the connection between the aluminum frame and the fuselage was determined. From the material point of view, the damping mechanism of the rubber damper was briefly described and used. ANSYS finite element analysis software performs finite element modeling of the radar antenna, and performs further modal analysis and harmonic response analysis on the airborne active phased array radar antenna to obtain vibration control effect data. After selecting rubber bearings with different parameters, after comparing the multiple sets of data obtained from the finite element analysis, the rules of the effect of the rubber bearing parameters on the damping effect are obtained.
