杭州市楼宇经济的统计分析

摘 要

近年来，杭州市楼宇经济得到快速发展，且发展质量较高，是杭州经济发展的新亮点，为地方税收作出了较大贡献.杭州市楼宇经济寄托于电子商务等多种形式，发展平稳而具有亮点，在国家楼宇经济中较为典型.为了更好地深入研究杭州市楼宇经济发展的特点和趋势，拟通过对杭州市经济发展现状、楼宇经济现状、楼宇经济发展特点、发展楼宇经济的独特优势、楼宇经济发展中仍存在的问题、杭州市发展楼宇经济的益处、杭州市楼宇经济如何又好又快发展以及和南京市楼宇经济对比，采用相关数据进行分析和研究.

关键词：楼宇经济, 税收, 时间序列，曲线估计，预测

Abstract: In recent years, Hangzhou building economy is getting fast, high quality development, Hangzhou building economy is the new luminescent spot of Hangzhou economic development, Hangzhou building economy makes a large contribution for the local tax. Depend on a variety of forms, such as e-commerce, Hangzhou building economic makes a steady and brisk performance . Hangzhou building economic is a typical part in national building economy. In order to research the characteristics and trend of Hangzhou building economic in a better way，we prepare to use the related data to analysis and research.This thesis mainly divided into the following parts：the present situation of Hangzhou economic development, the recent situation of Hangzhou building development,the characteristic of Hangzhou building economic development, the unique advantages of Hangzhou building economy, the existing problems in the development of Hangzhou building economy development ，the benefits of Hangzhou building economic, how to develop the Hangzhou building economy for both of quality and speed ，the comparison of Hangzhou and Nanjing.

1 引言

1．1 研究背景

近年来,一种全新的经济形态在大都市中悄然流行起来,这就是楼宇经济.楼宇经济的提出与实践首先出现在沿海的一些经济发达城市,目前日益被广大城市政府所接受.《中国楼宇经济蓝皮书:中国楼宇经济发展报告》、《中国楼宇经济发展模式与路径规划分析报告》、《中国楼宇经济市场深度调查与市场分析预测报告》...,随着国家各部门对于楼宇经济的深入研究,许多城市把楼宇经济当做一种崭新的城市经济发展渠道,积极主动地推进楼宇经济的发展并取得了相当可观的成效.

楼宇经济在我国的兴起并非是一种偶然的现象，而是我国社会经济发展到特定阶段所自然而然出现的经济现象.楼宇经济的具体发展情况与未来预测，值得分析研究.
