高校学生党员信息管理系统

摘 要

改革开放以来，中国发生了翻天覆地的变化，人民都过上了衣食富足的生活，物质文明日益丰富；人民素质逐渐提高，精神文明更上一步，这离不开我党的正确领导。在物质文明精神文明的高速发展下，很多部分大学生都萌生出成为一名优秀的公产党员的念头，他们努力学习，积极参加活动，个人发展进一步提升。随着大学生对入党的激情越来越澎湃，以及高校对党员工作的逐渐重视，党员信息管理工作日益繁杂，这给高校老师带来了很大的工作负担，甚至会出现出错的情况。这次开发的高校党员管理系统将实现对党员信息的信息化管理，能够有效并且有序的管理党员信息，推进党建工作进一步落实。高校党员管理系统依托于校园网络，开发环境是MyEclipse，数据库采用的是SQL Server，开发出一个使用Java语言，基于B/S，同时使用JSP进行页面编写的高校党员信息管理系统。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China has undergone tremendous changes, the people have lived a life of plenty of food and clothing, and material civilization has become increasingly rich; the quality of the people has gradually improved, and spiritual civilization has taken a step further, which is inseparable from the correct leadership of our Party. With the rapid development of material civilization and spiritual civilization, many college students have come up with the idea of becoming an excellent public party member. They study hard, take an active part in activities and further improve their personal development. With the increasing enthusiasm of college students for joining the Party and the gradual attention paid to the work of Party members in Colleges and universities, the information management of Party members is becoming more and more complicated, which brings a great burden to university teachers and even makes mistakes. This development of Party member management system in Colleges and universities will realize the information management of Party member information, effectively and orderly management of Party member information, and promote the further implementation of Party building work. The management system of college party members relies on the campus network. The development environment is MyEclipse. The database uses SQL Server. A management information system of college party members is developed using Java language, B/S and JSP pages.

1 绪论

1.1 研究背景

随着我国越来越重视对高校党员的培养，越来越多的积极青年希望成为党员，这也给主持工作的人员带来了很大的负担。

正如大家所知道的，我国越来越重视高校的建设，大学生人数不断增多，教育投资不断增加，党员队伍也不断壮大，党员信息也越来越庞杂，这给进行党建工作的老师们带来了很大的麻烦，有时甚至会出现出错的状况。在这个时候高校党员信息管理系统就具有了重大的意义，不仅将老师从繁杂的工作中解脱出来，而且使信息的管理更加有序。不管是添加信息、删除信息还是查找信息等等，都可以在电脑上进行操作，一目了然，这也是大数据时代必到的方向。

1.2 本文的工作

首先对本系统的开发进行可行性分析，通过实地调查高校党员的管理情况，以及查阅相关的资料确定，开发此系统的可行性；

有效的收集党员管理需要的信息，包括党员的基本属性，然后分类汇总，为开发系统打好基础；
