摘 要
双钙钛矿La2CoMnO6由于具有丰富的物理性质,比如说磁电阻效应(MR)、磁电容效应(MC)和较高的居里温度Tc(La2NiMnO6:280 K)、(La2CoMnO6:230 K)等而被广泛研究,并且在下一代自旋电子器件方面存在很大的应用前景。离子替代是探索钙钛矿材料物理性质较为有效的途径之一,本文利用二价Mg离子替代Co2 离子制备La2Co1-xMgxMnO6(x=0.1, 0.3, 0.5)样品,采用的是固相反应法,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、综合物性测量系统(PPMS)对样品进行了分析测量,最后使用origin软件进行了数据处理。
对样品的合成方式,比较了溶胶—凝胶法、固相法、水热法、气相沉积法,最后使用固相法制备样品。然后,使用XRD对样品的晶体结构进行测量分析,SEM对样品表面形貌进行表征,PPMS对样品的磁电性质进行测量分析。
本文成功制备了Mg掺杂的合格样品,并对其晶体结构、样品表面形貌、磁电性质进行了研究,通过与磁性离子掺杂后性质变化进行比较,能够使我们对双钙钛矿有更深一步的了解。同时,本次掺杂磁电特性的研究也会对未来电子器件的制备提供一定的参考价值。

The effect of non-mangnetic Mg-substitution in Co-site on the magnetic and electric properties of La2CoMnO6
Abstract
Double perovskite La2CoMnO6 is widely studied due to its rich physical properties, such as magnetoresistance effect (MR) and magnetocapacitance effect (MC), as well as the high Curie temperature Tc (La2NiMnO6 to 280 K and La2CoMnO6 to 230 K). This plethora of different coupled electric and magnetic properties have enabled potential application in the next generation of spin electronic devices. This paper use Mg2 ion to replace the Co2 ion in the double perovskite La2CoMnO6, in order to achieve La2Co1-xMgxMnO6 (x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.5) samples. Then, we use SEM, XRD, PPMS and other analysis tools to observe those samples.
Compared to the sol-derived, we use solid state reaction method to prepare La2Co1-xMgxMnO6 (x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.5) samples. SEM is used to characterize the surface morphology of the samples. Then the variation of coercive field and the change of the sample resistance with temperature and magnetic field of the samples were analyzed.
In this paper, we had successful prepared those samples and analyzed those crystal structure, the surface morphology of the samples, magnetic and electric properties.
Finally, the study of non-mangnetic Mg-doped on La2CoMnO6 will provide a certain reference value for the future electronic devices.
