基于数据采集卡的计算机直流电机位置控制
摘要
电动机是重要的机械能、电能转换装置,在我们的生产生活中发挥着巨大的作用。数据采集卡可以克服恶劣的信号传递环境,从多个传感器中获得数据传输到上位机中。本文是关于基于数据采集卡的计算机直流电机位置控制的设计过程。利用VC编写控制软件,利用采集卡采集数据,实现AD,DA转换,实现对电机位置的控制。本文主要介绍了数据采集卡PCI-1711简单介绍了直流电机位置控制的发展现状,及其意义;直流电机组及其工作原理;画出本系统设计的总体框图;介绍本次设计使用PID算法,包括它的参数整定和控制的基本原理;直流电机的调速方法,一般有电枢电压,电枢总电阻,励磁三种方法;介绍了本次设计所使用的硬件设备,介绍了本次设计所使用的电机调速方法PWM(脉冲宽度调制);软件流程图;软件界面设计,利用MFC对话框编辑界面,实现实时状态坐标图的显示;利用光电编码器的AB项输出脉冲波形获得电机的转过的位置量;用C 代码编写了PID控制程序;最后,通过运行软件和电机,测试控制效果,验证了本次设计的成果,总结了本次设计,展望未来直流电机控制的发展。

abstract
Motor is an important device which can convert mechanical energy to electrical energy or electrical energy to mechanical energy ,it plays a huge role in our production and daily life. Data Acquisition card can overcome severe signal conditions, obtained data from more than one sensor and send it to the host computer. This article is about the design process of the position control of DC motor and computer based on data acquisition card. Using VC software to write a control software, using data acquisition cards to obtain data, convert analog signals into digital signals and convert digital signals into analog signals. Achieve the control of the position of DC motor. This paper mainly introduces the data acquisition card PCI-1711 and briefly introduces development status of DC motor position control, and its significance. Draw the Block Diagram of design of the system. This paper introduces the design of the PID algorithm, including its basic principle of control and it’s method of parameter tuning. The methods of DC motor speed control, generally include three methods, changing the armature voltage, changing the total resistance of the armature, changing the excitation. This paper introduces the design of the hardware device which I use and this paper introduces the design of the motor speed control methods used by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). I write a flow chart of software. Software interface design, using the MFC dialog box to edit the interface, achieve real-time status of the coordinates display. The motor’s position can be obtain by analysis the photoelectric Encoder’s output. I use C to write a PID control program. Finally, by running the software, and the motor ,test the results of the control, the results of this design is verified, and summarizes the design and look to the future development of DC motor control
