摘 要

进入21世纪以来，信息传递的内容和媒介都变得更加的丰富，由此衍生的一系列的软硬件也有了充分的发展，比如显示系统由最初的CRT显示器发展到了现在的液晶显示器，又比如服务器系统一代代的发展和网站框架的不断完善等都为信息的传递提供了强有力的保障。正因为如此，内容展示系统或者说多媒体展示系统也逐渐变得重要了起来，这样的系统可以将各种单一的功能模块展示整合到系统级别，实现多层次自动化的操作、管理与显示，既提供了良好的信息传递功能，又为管理人员和使用人员提供了方便快捷的途径。

本文将完整的介绍一种会议室展示系统解决方案，先通过VS2010发布两个基于.NET4.0框架的网站，一个网站用于前台显示，另一个网站用于后台管理，将两个网站搭建于Windows Server 2008服务器系统上，并使用MySQL数据库工具进行数据的管理与操作。最后使用Android盒子相应的流控盒配置工具将发布后的前台显示网站配置到液晶显示器上，实现会议室会议内容的展示，并在液晶显示器上显示后台管理网站的二维码链接，使管理人员与使用人员方便快捷的进行操作。本文介绍的会议室展示系统将各种功能模块结合成为一个完整的系统，使信息的传递、管理与操作实现了融合，既很好的服务了信息的受众也为管理人员提供了方便的操作环境。

Abstract

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the content and media of information transmission have become more abundant, and a series of hardware and software derived from it have also been fully developed. For example, the display system has developed from the original CRT display to the current LCD display. The development of the server system from generation to generation and the continuous improvement of the website framework have provided strong guarantees for the transmission of information. Because of this, the content display system or multimedia display system has gradually become important. Such a system can integrate all kinds of single functional modules into the system level and realize multi-level automated operations, management, and display. Good information transfer function provides a convenient and quick way for managers and users.

This article will introduce a complete solution for the conference room presentation system. First, two websites based on the .NET 4.0 framework will be released through VS2010. One website will be used for foreground display, another website will be used for background management, and two websites will be built. On Windows Server 2008 server systems, and use MySQL database tools for data management and operation. Finally, the corresponding flow control box configuration tool of the Android box is used to configure the front-end display website after distribution to the liquid crystal display, realize the display of the conference room meeting content, and display the QR code link of the post-day management website on the liquid crystal display, so that the management personnel With the use of convenient and quick operation. The conference room presentation system introduced in this paper combines various functional modules into a complete system, enabling the integration of information transfer, management, and operations. It not only serves the audience well but also provides a convenient operating environment for managers.

引言

信息的传递自古以来便是人类发展的重要助力，人们通过信息的传递来进行交流。比如战时的烽火台，由于火焰与人视力的作用，敌人来犯的消息被迅速的传递到很远的地方，由此便可以提前准备来进行防御。随着科技和人类社会的发展，信息逐渐变得多样化，并且信息传递的效率和传递的方式也有了更高的要求。人类需要从一种媒介上以更加友好的方式获取到充分的信息，并可以同时进行想要进行的操作。从最开始的告示、展示版等单向的信息传递，到现在的各种各样丰富的内容展示系统，人们不仅可以单纯的接受信息，也可以同时在系统上进行后续的操作与查询。

内容展示系统的发展离不开组成它的各个功能模块的发展，在互联网的媒介下，各种功能模块联系了起来，将各个功能模块整合成为了一个完整的系统，从而使使用者和管理者能一站式的进行信息的传递与发布。本章就将分别介绍组成内容展示系统的各个功能模块的发展现状。

系统设计现状

本系统整体搭建采用ASP.NET2.0应用程序典型3层架构模式^[1]，如图1所示。
