摘 要
伴随着现代科技的发展,自动化技术越来越成熟,智能家电在我国开始成为一个较为热点的话题。洗衣机是我们生活中较为常用的家电产品,不仅可以减轻家庭压力,减少我们的洗衣工作量,也不会将洗衣变成一项枯燥的工作。社会生活水平的逐渐提高,也促使着人们对更好生活的追求。对一些人来说,一般的洗衣机已经不能符合人们对生活质量的要求了,因此,发明全自动洗衣机这项任务便逐步提上日程。经过几代人的努力与不断钻研,有着不同功能的全自动洗衣机逐渐进入人们的视野。人们对洗衣机的开放态度,也给洗衣机的发展带来更宽阔的空间。
本系统使用STM32单片机作为核心主控部分。开发由按键设置模块、电机驱动模块、显示模块等组成的全自动洗衣机控制系统,实现洗涤、漂洗、排水、脱水、报警等功能。使用者打开水龙头,按下洗衣机电源开关,在确定好洗涤模式并启动洗衣机后,它将自动检测和把握水位,并准确无误的走完该模式下的系列运行过程。洗完衣服后,洗衣机还会发出长鸣进行提示,且自动停止运行。其中,根据使用者的需求,还可以通过按键设置标准、浸洗、柔洗、单脱、快洗等洗涤模式。用户可以按提示操作相应的按键,安全、放心地完成自己设定的洗衣过程。

Design and Realization of Automatic Washing Machine Control System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer
Abstract
With the contemporary age of modern science and technology, the level of innovation is becoming more and more popular, intelligent home appliances in China began to become a hot topic. Washing machine, as one of the most familiar household appliances in every family, liberates people from heavy washing work and relieves people's pressure on housework. Washing is no longer a troublesome chore. The gradual improvement of social living standards has also prompted people to pursue a better life. For some people, ordinary washing machines can no longer meet the requirements of people's quality of life. Therefore, the project of inventing automatic washing machines is gradually put on the agenda. After several generations of efforts and continuous research, automatic washing machines with different functions have gradually entered people's field of vision. People's open attitude towards washing machines also brings wider space for the development of washing machines.
This system uses STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control part. The automatic washing machine control system composed of key setting module, motor driving module and display module is developed to realize the functions of washing, rinsing, drainage, dehydration and alarm. When the user turns on the tap and presses the power switch of the machine, after the washing mode is determined and the washing machine is started, it will automatically detect and grasp the water level, and complete the series operation process under the mode accurately. After washing clothes, the washing machine will give out a long sound to prompt, and automatically stop running. Among them, according to the needs of users, you can also set the washing modes such as standard washing, immersion washing, soft washing, single stripping and quick washing by pressing the button. Users can operate the corresponding buttons according to the prompts to complete the laundry process safely and safely.
