摘 要

现如今，网络的快速进步，我们的日常生活节奏不得不变得越来越快，高效，高品质的工作、生活效率变得迫在眉睫，为了节约时间和降低工作完成周期，对于当下的公司，信息化，电子化变成最重要的发展方向，现在大部分公司的管理机制还在实施人为操作管理，这会导致统管理出现漏洞，加长了工作周期。所以呢，由于人为管理的种种问题，以及企业的高效管理需求，一项科技化的员工管理系统，显得尤为重要。员工管理系统可以做到自动化记录管理，节约工作周期，减少人力资源，节约成本。

通过前期的调查研究，对GSP和CGI两种方式的比对，我的管理系统由系统模块化的概念开始实施设计操作。主要通过JAVA代码的方式，在电脑的XP平台下，搭建以各种相对应的运行环境，使程序实际应用过程中得以顺利运行。满足动态，交互运行。同时还要求做到系统内相关的员工信息可查询，可修改。

除了上述特点，该系统满足大众化要求，操作简单，实用性高。个人隐私保密，安全性好。与此同时还满足可维护性，拓展性，灵活性的基本需求。从而大大减少了人为操作的工作量，提高了准确性，实现了高效性。

Abstract

Nowadays, rapid advancement of the Internet, our daily life rhythm is becoming more and more fast, efficient, high quality work efficiency becomes imminent, in order to save time and reduce the work cycle, for the company, information technology, electronic becomes one of the most important development direction, now most of the company's management mechanism is still in the artificial operation management, which can lead to system management loopholes, lengthen the working cycle.Because human management problems, and the efficient management of the enterprise needs, a technological staff management system, is particularly important. Staff management system can achieve automatic records management, save work cycle, reduce the human resources, cost savings.

Through preliminary investigation and study, comparing the two methods of GSP and CGI, my management system designed by the system modular concept began operations. Mainly through JAVA code, in the computers of the XP platform, set up in a variety of corresponding running environment, make the program run smoothly in the process of practical application. To meet the dynamic, interactive operation. Also required in the system of related employee information query, can be modified.

In addition to the above characteristics, the system meets the demand of popularization, simple operation, high practicality. Privacy, security is good. At the same time also meet the maintainability, expandable and flexibility of basic needs. Thus greatly reducing the artificial operation workload and improve the accuracy, efficiency is realized.
