液压同步顶升系统的研制(硬件)

摘 要

液压同步顶升技术基于计算机系统、基于PLC的液压系统、监控系统于一体的现代控制系统有效的针对大型物件的同步移动。

首先作者对于同步系统的大致操作做一个简单的说明。第一就是硬件的选择问题,在选择硬件的过程中我们要有针对性,在全面的6个考量下,有价格、性能、以及可操作性,然后就是必不可少的PLC内部接线图和监控系统内部接线图,以及液压系统的原理图,在好、快、准的基础上进行充分的程序设计,到最后的总程序的性能考察。考察需要对PLC程序的稳定性、可靠性等综合考察。保证工程的整体指标需求。最后就是监控系统的稳定性指标需求、还有及时停、断的安全性能指标。

在整体的同步顶升系统里面我们还要考虑系统的稳定性,在任何环境下的适应性,可操作性,争取做到在不断的升级过程中达到我们想要的精度、安全度和可操作度。给社会给人民带在最安心的不动产安全可靠性。

Development (hardware) of hydraulic synchronous jacking system

Abstract

Hydraulic synchronizing lifting technique based on computer system, based on PLC for hydraulic system, monitoring system in one of the modern control system effective for large object movement and synchronization improve laid a certain foundation.

Firstly, the author makes a simple explanation for the operation of the synchronous system.. First is the hardware selection, in the selection of hardware in the process we have targeted, in six consideration of comprehensive, price, performance, and maneuverability, then that is essential for PLC internal wiring diagram and the monitoring system of internal wiring diagram, and hydraulic system principle diagram, in the good, fast and accurate basis were full of procedure design, and finally the total program performance inspection. The investigation of the stability and reliability of the PLC program is necessary.. To ensure the overall index of engineering requirements. Finally, the stability index of the monitoring system, as the safety performance index of the timely stopping and breaking.

In the overall synchronized jacking system, we need to consider the system stability, in any environment adaptability, operation, strive to achieve achieve we want accuracy, safety and operability in the process of continuous upgrading. Give the people the most reassuring real estate safety and reliability in the society.
