论文总字数：17938字摘 要 目的：本论文利用了高效液相色谱法，以测定替格瑞洛片的含量,并且进行了方法学验证。另外还初步研究片剂的制备工艺。方法：检测：色谱柱：Kromasil 100-5C18 （250*4.6mm），流动相：磷酸盐缓冲液（取1.0mol/L NaH2PO4溶液（用H3PO4调节pH值至3.0）10ml，加H2O至450ml）-乙腈（45：55），柱温：30℃，流速：1.0ml/min，进样量：10µl，制备工艺采用湿法制粒。结果：检测方法学研究表明替格瑞洛在浓度为0.01mg/ml～0.10mg/ml范围内：本品浓度和峰面积之间呈良好的线性关系，其线性方程为：y=7.642E-8x 2.261E-04，r=0.9998。替格瑞洛溶液在12h 内稳定性良好，相对标准偏差(RSD)%：0.13%；精密度良好，RSD：0.71%。重复性良好，RSD：0.87％。制备出三批片剂样品。结论：本分析方法可靠、简便、准确，适用于替格瑞洛片的含量测定。制剂工艺流程初步打�

论文总字数：19796字摘 要近些年来，我国经济迅速发展，但与此同时在城市建设中产生了大量的建筑垃圾。目前我国建筑垃圾的回收利用率较低，同时在建筑垃圾破碎回收的过程中产生的建筑垃圾细粉也往往被群众所忽视，而这些细粉由于其颗粒细小很容易扩散到空气中造成空气污染，给人体健康造成较大威胁。因此寻找合理有效的途径对这些建筑垃圾细粉进行回收利用，符合我国长远发展的利益。随着可持续发展的理念日益深入人心，环境相容性较好的多孔植生混凝土也在较大的程度上得以运用，本文所制作的植生材料正是多孔混凝土。本文首先选定胶结材料的细粉掺量为30%，再通过尝试拌和粗骨料确定0.32的水胶比和0.187%的外加剂掺量，然后制作5组不同细粉掺量的净浆试块，分析不同掺量对试块的流动度、强度和pH的影响。接着拟定5组不同目�
