摘 要
车间设施布局是现代制造企业的重要课题之一。设设施布局与公司正常的生产活动息息相关,一个好的总体布局可以为企业营造一个简单、轻松的生产环境,保证生产计划可以有序地进行,不至于在意外发生时会手足无措。车间布局优化是制造系统设计的一项重要内容,直接影响着正常的生产能否高效、有序地进行。
本次课题主要针对生产系统中出现的问题进行分析。讨论了国内外常用的布局设计原理和方法,本着从实际出发的原则,阅读相关资料,在领导与同事的帮助下,着手解决设备布局和工作场所中的现存问题。并且设计优化方案从而实现了生产车间布局的提高,证明出车间布局优化理论的指导效果。充分运用了专业知识中的的人机动作分析和ABC分类方法等研究手段,在车间常规布局设计的基础上,进行各种不同目标的优化求解。最终,我们最终得到的布局,符合我们的实际情况,并且符合外部情况。当我们改进车间系统时,可以使企业少碰钉子。

Optimization design of workshop facility layout of Donghua steering gear company
ABSTRACT
Layout of workshop facilities is one of the most important tasks in modern manufacturing enterprises. The normal production facilities layout and the company is closely related to a good overall layout can create a simple and easy production environment for the enterprises to ensure the production plan can be carried out in an orderly manner, not at the time of the accident loss. Workshop layout optimization is an important part of manufacturing system design, which directly affects whether the normal production can be carried out in an efficient and orderly way.
This topic mainly aims at the problems in the production system. Discusses the common layout design principle and method, based on the practical principle, read the relevant information on the leadership and colleagues, to solve the existing problems and the layout of the equipment in the workplace. Full use of the professional man-machine movement analysis and ABC classification method and other research methods, in the workshop based on the general layout design, the multi-objective design improvement method is applied. In the end, the layout we have obtained is in line with our actual situation and is in line with external conditions. When we improve the shop floor system, we can make the enterprises less vulnerable to nails.
