摘 要
近年来,伴随着整个汽车行业的飞速成长,汽车连接线的市场需求不断增加,连接线制造行业的发展也相当迅猛,同时,也给汽车连接线制造行业带来了激烈 的竞争,如何在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势,是每一个制造企业都需要思考的问题。而基于工业工程的生产管理理念,推行精益生产,致力于提高生产效率,减少不必要的浪费,是企业降低成本,增加产品竞争能力的根本所在。
本文的研究目标是A企业的汽车连接线束流水线。A企业是一家从事汽车连接线、工业控制线、医疗设备连接线、PCB板等产品生产的线束制造型企业,属于劳动密集型产业。A企业整体采用流水线的方式进行生产加工,在实际的生产运行中,普遍存在流水线平衡率低,人员与机器利用率低,生产流程不完善等问题。针对该企业所存在的问题,选取某条汽车连接线束流水线,通过流水线平衡分析,秒表时间研究、人机操作分析、ECRS原则等工业工程分析改善理论进行研究并制定改善方案,有效提高了流水线的生产效率和操作人员与机器设备的利用率。

Abstract
In recent years, along with the rapid growth of the entire automotive industry, the market demand for automotive connecting cables has been continuously increasing, and the development of the connection line manufacturing industry has also been rapid. At the same time, it has also brought fierce competition to the automotive connection line manufacturing industry. How is it fierce? The advantage of market competition is that every manufacturing company needs to think about it. The concept of production management based on industrial engineering, the implementation of lean production, is committed to improving production efficiency and reducing unnecessary waste, which is the fundamental reason for companies to reduce costs and increase product competitiveness.
The research goal of this paper is A company's automobile connection harness assembly line. A company is a wire harness manufacturing enterprise engaged in the production of automotive connection cables, industrial control lines, medical equipment connection lines, PCB boards, etc. It is a labor-intensive industry. A company's overall use of the assembly line for production and processing, in the actual production and operation, there is generally a low line rate, low utilization of personnel and machinery, the production process is not perfect and other issues. In response to the problems existing in the company, a certain automobile connection harness line was selected to analyze and improve the theory of industrial engineering analysis such as stopwatch time analysis, man-machine operation analysis, ECRS principles, etc., and improvement plans were formulated to effectively improve the assembly line. Production efficiency and utilization of operators and machine equipment.

研究背景
近年来,伴随着整个汽车行业的飞速成长,汽车连接线制造行业的发展也相当迅猛。由于消费者对汽车配置要求越来越趋于个性化、高性能,以及新兴的混合动力汽车的出现,使得汽车连接线的市场需求不断增加,相应的汽车连接线制造企业也不断地发展壮大[1]。
目前世界上的汽车连接线行业的主要生产厂家有德尔福、住友、矢崎等等,这些大企业占据了绝大部分的市场份额,之所以呈现这样的局面,主要原因是汽车连接线制造行业准入门槛较高,技术、配套设计等都需要大量的资金投入,也需要和汽车整车厂有密切的合作关系。而对大多数的中小型企业,在当前企业都研发并拥有半自动化、自动化生产检验设备,生产效率相比与以前大幅提升的背景下,如何进一步的提高生产效率,降低生产成本,是中小企业在竞争中崭露头角,赢得市场的有效方法[2]。
