摘要

两相双凸极永磁直线电机(LDSPM)是旋转双凸极永磁电机的直线结构,是一种新型的电机。该种电机把定子永磁型旋转电机沿径向展开,把原转子当做次级定子,把原定子当做初级动子。这种结构的直线电机同时具有直线电机和永磁电机的结构简单、成本低、维护方便、可靠性高等优点,在长距离运输场合具有良好的应用前景。

目前对两相LDSPM的研究几乎没有,本文类比双凸极永磁直线电机分析了其工作原理以后,设计了一种LDSPM样机并给出了尺寸参数。根据所给的尺寸参数笔者用AutoCAD2014绘制了电机的3D模型图,利用Ansoft Maxwell16.0绘制了2D模型图。对该电机的仿真分析应用了有限元分析理论,笔者在文中大致介绍了该理论。Maxwell是用有限元方法进行电机仿真的理想软件。文中详细介绍了分析的过程并得到了静态磁力线分布情况,初步验证LDSPM电机的合理性与可行性。然后又进行了空载状态下的瞬态分析,得到了空载电动势波形、永磁磁链波形、定位力波形、气隙磁场分布波形。通过这些波形分析进一步验证了所设计的LDSPM电机的合理性并发现其缺点。根据本文所发现的缺点和不足,笔者进行了以后研究工作的展望,提出了3点对该电机的深入研究方向。

Design and Analysis of Two-phase Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Linear Motor

Abstract

Two phase linear doubly salient permanent magnet motor(LDSPM),the linear structure of a rotating doubly salient permanent magent motor,is a new type permanent magnet motor。The motor extends the stator permanent magnet rotating motor along the radial direction and its original rotor is regarded as a secondary stator while the original stator acts as a primary rotor. The linear motor with this structure has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient maintenance and high reliability, and has a good application prospect in long-distance transportation.

At present, there is little research on the two phase LDSPM. After analyzing the working principle of a doubly salient permanent magnet linear motor, a prototype of LDSPM is designed and the size parameters are given. According to the given size parameter, the author used AutoCAD2014 to draw the 3D model diagram of the motor, and used Ansoft Maxwell16.0 to draw the 2D model diagram. The theory of finite element analysis is applied to the simulation analysis of the motor, and the theory is generally introduced in this paper. Maxwell is an ideal software for motor simulation with finite element method. The process of analysis is introduced in detail, and the distribution of static magnetic lines is obtained. The rationality and feasibility of LDSPM motor are preliminarily verified. Then, the transient analysis of no-load state is carried out, and the no-load EMF waveform, the permanent magnet linkage waveform, the positioning force waveform and the air gap magnetic field distribution waveform are obtained. Through these waveform analysis, I further verify the rationality of the designed LDSPM motor and find its shortcomings. According to the shortcomings and shortcomings found in this paper, the author makes a prospect for the future research work, and puts forward three futher research directions for the motor.
