一种全自动型直柄多用伞的研究毕业论文

摘 要
随着当今社会步入信息化,智能化时代,智能手机等智能设备的普及极大的方便了人们的日常生活,日常使用的各种设备的智能化是社会发展的必然趋势,因此,我们设计了一种全自动直柄型多功能伞。
我们首先对该伞所需要的全自动升降结构进行了理论研究,其中对于选定的四种可能结构:齿轮金属丝结构、液压杆结构、螺母螺杆结构和电磁式结构进行了论证。在经过充分论证后,选定了螺母螺杆结构即应用丝杠螺母传动原理的结构作为研究方向。我们在研究中确定了以电动机带动螺杆转动,利用相互作用力带动螺母沿螺杆方向上升或下降的方式作为自动升降的原理。之后我们对家用型自动升降伞进行了研究,并将自动升降结构应用于公共场所自动避雨及遮阳系统,并研发控制系统。最后我们讨论了该研究应用的可行性以及实用性。

ABSTRACT
With the modern society entering into information and intellectualization times, the popularity of smart devices such as smart phones has a great convenience to people’s daily life. The intellectualization of various equipment used in daily life is an inevitable trend of social development. Therefore we propose an automatic go up and down.
Firstly we have a theoretical study of this automatic go up and down. Four kinds of selected possible structures including the gear metal wire structure, the hydraulic rod structure, nut screw structure and the electromagnetic structure are demonstrated. After sufficient demonstration the nut screw structure is selected as the research direction. In the study the principles that the motor drives the screw to rotate and used the interaction force to drive the nut up and down are determined as the principle of automatic lifting. Then the auto up and down structure are used in situations: one is for household and the other is for sunshade in public places. The control systems for both situations are also studied. Finally we discuss the feasibility and practicability of the research.
