东莞市某大厦给水排水工程设计毕业论文

摘 要

给水系统采取垂直分区并联给水的方式,从市政管网以DN200管道接水进入建筑,城市给水管网常年提供可靠水压为0.30Mpa,其中首层到三层由市政管网直供,四层至十六层由屋顶水箱供水。建筑内排水采用生活污、废水合流制,通气管除一至三层排水外均采用专用通气立管通气。泵房排水槽经汇集排至夹层污水井,经潜污泵排至检查井后排入市政排水管。雨水排水系统采用重力流系统,面雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至地面作散水。

据规范,该建筑为一类建筑,耐火等级为一级。室内消防流量20L/s,室外40L/s。充实水柱取12m,水龙带长度取25m ,消防立管管径为DN100、DN150。在顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。

该建筑采用湿式自动喷淋灭火系统,报警阀设于地下一层,各层均设水流指示器和信号阀,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。各层均采用自动喷淋系统,地下一层采用下垂式喷头。各层均设末端试压装置以及放空管。本工程屋顶水箱为36立方米,是生活消防合用水箱,贮存有生活、10min自动喷水灭火系统、室内消火栓系统用水量。自动喷水灭火系统和消火栓系统的初期灭火由水箱供水,后期供水由地下室的消防水泵和自喷泵供水,各支管与立管连接处设置减压孔板。

Abstract

The water supply system adopts the method of vertical partition and parallel water supply. The municipal pipe network receives water from the DN200 pipe and enters the building. The urban water supply pipe network provides a reliable water pressure of 0.30 MPa per year. The first to third floors are directly supplied by the municipal pipe network. To the 16th floor water supply from the roof tank. The internal drainage of the building adopts the combined system of domestic sewage and waste water, and the ventilation pipe adopts a special ventilation riser for ventilation except one to three layers of drainage. The pump room drains are pooled and drained to a mezzanine well, drained by a submersible sewage pump to an inspection well and discharged into a municipal drain. The rainwater drainage system uses a gravity flow system. The surface rainwater is collected by the roof rainwater bucket and discharged from the rainwater pipe to the ground for scattering.

According to the specification, the building is a type of building with a fire resistance rating of one class. Indoor fire-fighting flow 20L/s, outdoor 40L/s. Fill the water column to take 12m, the hose length is 25m, and the fire riser pipe diameter is DN100, DN150. One test fire hydrant is located on the top floor, and each indoor fire hydrant box is provided with a button for remotely starting the fire pump.

The building uses a wet automatic sprinkler system. The alarm valve is located on the first floor. Flow indicators and signal valves are provided on each floor. The signals are sent to the fire control center for processing. Automatic spray systems are used on all floors and drooping sprinklers on the lower ground floor. Each floor is equipped with an end pressure test device and a vent tube. The project's roof water tank is 36 cubic meters. It is a life-saving and fire-fighting water tank, has a storage life, a 10 minute automatic sprinkler system, and indoor hydrant system water consumption. The initial fire extinguishing of automatic sprinkler system and fire hydrant system is provided by the tank. The water supply in the later period is supplied by the fire pump and the self-injected pump in the basement, and the decompression orifice plate is installed at the connection between each branch pipe and the riser.

第一章给排水工程设计任务书

1.1工程概况

本建筑是一类高层公共建筑,地下一层,地上共十六层。地下一层为设备机房及汽车库,夹层、一层至三层为商场,四层及四层以上为单身公寓。

该建筑西面有DN200市政供水管,可提供稳定水压30m,埋深为1.50m。本工程采用生活污水与废水合流排水管道系统,生活污水汇集经化粪池处理后排入沙湾路上的城市污水管道。
