江苏省房产面积测算规程若干问题探讨毕业论文

摘 要

随着房产的行业在近年来取得的惊人进展,房产价格也在急剧飙升,房价升高了,买房子就更不容易了,所以大家越来越关注房产有关的消息。房产测算面积作为计算房产价格的一个重要依据,大众自然都投入了很高的注意力。更何况房产面积还是房屋产权,房屋户籍管理的一个重要依据。那就不光消费者,国家政府部门也需要一个准确的数据来办理各种法律手续[7]。随着国内房地产行业的迅猛发展,房产测绘市场化的进度在逐渐变快,房地产管理部门房地产测绘部门的要求就越来越高,它要求房地产测绘部门既不冲突政部门的利益,又可以给消费者提供最为准确,公平,公正的房产测绘面积。如何完善房地产测绘相关政策、法律法规,统一房屋面积计算方法就成了解决这一问题的重中之重。虽然现有的《江苏省房产面积测算规程》对房产测绘中的大多数问题都作了较为详细的规定,但是在实际操作的时候经常会遇到一些难题是规范中没有明确解释清楚和规定明确的。
