新型1,3-二异喹啉基苯Pt(II)氯配合物的设计合成及结构表征毕业论文

摘 要

三联吡啶铂配合物是一种经典的三齿配合物。由于研究人员可以通过构建出各种各样的含N原子的杂环配体调节去Pt(Ⅱ)配合物的光物理性质,因此能够使其应用于不同领域。我们由此设计以及合成了一系列三联吡啶铂配合物,并进行了高分辨率质谱验证、紫外吸收光谱和发射光谱等验证了其结构。

首先,我们通过Suzuki偶联得到了二异喹啉基苯配体L-1、L-2、L-3,将其用19F NMR和1H NMR进行了结构表征,发现其结果与文献匹配一致。然后我们又将已制得的配体与氯呀铂酸钾在乙酸溶液中回流三天,得到了所需配合物。接下来我们又通过紫外-可见吸收光谱和发射光谱研究了其光物理性质。结果显示,Pt-1,Pt-2和Pt-3三种配合物的紫外可见吸收谱图变化相类似,且三种配合物均在300nm出现了很强的吸收峰;在320~460nm处出现了较强的吸收峰;在440~600nm之间出现了较弱的吸收峰。同时,三种配合物都在540~660nm处出现了较强的发射峰。由此可以证明这些铂配合物的吸收以及发射光谱均受结构变化的影响很大。

本文是介绍有关接下来深入研究三联吡啶铂配合物的合成以及其光物理性质的一个实验,并提供了其他同类化合物在有机光电材料方面的研究数据。

ABSTRACT

Tripyridine-platinum complex is a typical tridentate complex. Since the researchers can regulate the photophysical properties of the Platinum(II) complexes by constructing various heterocyclic ligands containing N atoms, it can be applied to different fields. We have designed and synthesized a series of tripyridine platinum complexes and we use high resolution mass spectrometry, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and emission spectroscopy to prove the structure.

At first, a series of tridentate platinum complexes L-1、L-2 and L-3 were synthesized by Suzuki coupling and its structure was characterized by fluorine spectra and hydrogen spectra, founding that the results are consistent with the literature matching. Then we refluxed the prepared ligand with potassium chloroplatin in acetic acid solution for three days, getting the desired complex. Then we studied the photophysical properties by UV-vis absorption and emission spectra. The results showed that the UV-Vis absorption spectra of Pt-1 Pt-2 and Pt-3 complexes were similar. And the three complexes exhibit strong absorption peaks in 300nm. Meanwhile the three complexes all exhibit strong absorption peaks in 300nm. There are weak absorption peaks between 440~600nm. At the same time, the three complexes exhibit strong emission peaks at 540~660nm. It can be concluded that the absorption and emission spectra of these platinum complexes are greatly affected by structural changes.

This article introduces an experiment on the further study of the synthesis and photophysical properties of tripyridine-platinum complexes and it shows the research data about other similar compounds in organic optoelectronic materials.
