转盘轴承是连接大型相对回转机构的关键部件,广泛用于工程机械、建筑机械、风力发电机、雷达、坦克等,与普通轴承相比具有尺寸巨大、低速重载、承载复杂等特点。 由于受载和环境的复杂性,在进行其可靠性分析和设计时,难以套用一般滚动轴承的计算方法,因此设计研制能对转盘轴承进行检测的实验台就变得具有现实意义。

本文目标是设计能够模拟转盘轴承的实际工况,对转盘轴承进行静力加载,最终检测转盘轴承工作的可靠性的实验台,具体研究内容包括:

根据国标手册查找各项参数进行初步的整体设计方案探讨,确定了所要设计各个系统。根据所确定的初步方案对实验台的机械结构和液压加载系统进行具体的计算选型,并对理论计算结果进行校核。最后对实验台结构用Pro/Engineer软件进行三维建模,对实验台的关键零部件利用ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析,评价设计的合理性。

Abstract

The slewing bearing is a key component connecting two large relative rotary parts and is widely used in construction machinery, construction machinery, wind power generators, radars, tanks, etc. Compared with ordinary bearings, it has the characteristics of large size, low speed and heavy load, and complex bearing. Due to the complexity of the load and the environment, it is difficult to apply the calculation method of the general rolling bearing when carrying out its reliability analysis and design. Therefore, the design and development of a test bench capable of detecting the turntable bearing has become practical.

The goal of this paper is to design an experimental bench that can simulate the actual working conditions of the slewing bearing, carry out static loading on the slewing bearing, and finally detect the reliability of the slewing bearing. The specific research contents include:

In principle, the model of the slewing bearing, according to the national standard manual to find the parameters for a preliminary overall design proposal, to determine the design of the various systems. According to the determined preliminary plan, the mechanical structure of the bench and the hydraulic loading system are selected and selected, and the theoretical calculation results are checked. Finally, the experimental platform structure was modeled in 3D using Pro/Engineer software. The key components of the experimental platform were analyzed using ABAQUS software for finite element analysis to evaluate the rationality of the design.

Through the finite element analysis of the last ABAQUS software, the structural design of the experimental platform is reasonable, and the static loading test of the main bearing can be completed, and the performance of the rotary bearing can be tested.

1.1引言

转盘轴承(如图1-1)是一种能够承受很大轴向负载、径向负载和倾覆力矩等综合的负载,同时能够承受支撑、旋转、传动、固定等多种功能的一种特殊结构的大型轴承。转盘轴承也称作为回转支承、旋转支承或回旋支承。一般情况下,转盘轴承自身均带有安装孔、润滑油和密封装置,可以满足各种不同工况条件下工作的各类主机的不同需要。并且转盘轴承本身具有结构紧凑,引导旋转方便、安装简便和维护容易等特点。
