CuCoMnOx溶胶的制备工艺研究毕业论文

摘 要
本文阐述了太阳能利用现状和太阳能选择性吸收涂层的研究进展。并且设计了溶胶-凝胶法制备CuCoMnOx光谱选择性吸收涂层的实验方案并对制成CuCoMnOx溶胶涂层的各项性能进行了测试和讨论。
以CuCI2··2H2O,C4H14MnO8,COCl2·6H2O为前驱体金属盐,无水乙醇为溶剂,柠檬酸为络合剂制备CuCoMnOx溶胶,用浸渍提拉法制备光谱选择性吸收涂层。采用D/MAXIII型X射线衍射仪测出试样的XRD图谱;用Lamda750型UV-Uis-NIR分光光度计测出其吸收率、用Tensor27型BRUKER红外光谱仪测出其发射率,并算出吸收比;测出样品的SEM图像并观察其表面形貌。通过上述检测结果讨论CuCoMnOx光谱选择性吸收涂层的吸收性能并分析制备工艺对其性能的影响。

Abstract
In this paper, the present status of solar energy utilization and the research progress of solar energy selective absorbing coatings are reviewed. An experimental scheme for the preparation of CuCoMnOx spectrum selective absorbing coatings by sol-gel method was designed and the properties of CuCoMnOx sol coating were tested and discussed.
CuCoMnOx sol was prepared by using CuCI2, 2H2O, C4H14MnO8, COCl2, 6H2O as precursor-metal salt, anhydrous ethanol as solvent and citric acid as complexing agent. spectrally selective absorption coating was prepared by dip-coating method.The XRD spectra of the samples were measured by D/MAXIII type X ray diffractometer;The absorption rate was measured by Lamda750 UV-Uis-NIR spectrophotometer and the emissivity was measured by Tensor27 BRUKER infrared spectrometer. The absorption ratio is calculated by the absorption rate and the emissivity. The SEM image of the sample was measured and its surface morphology was observed. Through the above test results we can discuss the absorption properties of CuCoMnOx spectrum selective absorbing coatings and the influence of preparation process on its performance could be analyzed.

1.1太阳能利用现状
随着人类对于能源需求增长和传统矿物能源的日益枯竭,能源问题日益成为制约人类发展的瓶颈,因此开发新的可再生能源才能满足人类的可持续发展的需要。太阳能作为最丰富的环境友好型可再生能源,可以被转化成各种类型的能源加以利用,因此可以重点开发以满足人们日益增长的能源需求。
太阳能利用的基本方式太阳能热利用,太阳能光电利用以及太阳能光化学等。在这几类太阳能利用的方式中,光—热转换的技术应用最为广泛,并且已经形成的成熟的产业链,普遍存在的太阳能热水器就是最好的应用实例。
