摘 要

聚合釜作为工业、化工生产中必不可少的重要设施,在我国的经济发展中不可或缺,它的运用十分广泛,在医药、化工、食品、石油等其他很多方面都涉及。聚合釜是制备高分子化合物的主要设备。一般是立式圆柱形的,带有夹套,以便通入蒸汽或冷水来加热或冷却。

1.含盘管聚合釜分为俩个主要部分,聚合釜筒体部分和夹套部分,主要是有筒体和封头俩个部件组成的,其余附件法兰、接管等,在中低压的压力容器中比较常见。

2.本设计通过查阅各大国内外参考文献,了解夹套聚合釜的设计方法和未来发展前景。根据工艺条件设计聚合釜工艺结构,严格对照国家标准按照GB150-2011《压力容器》等设计要求对聚合釜结构进行设计。

3.通过一系列的结构设计、强度计算、开孔补强、经济评估、SW6校核等学习和实践的过程,加深了对聚合釜的认识。熟练掌握筒体计算和强度校核的方法,对含盘管聚合釜的优缺点和改进分析。

4.最终完成含盘管聚合釜的装配图与零件图,设计出满足工艺要求,具有工程及应用价值的图纸。

Structure design of coil polymerizer with coil

Abstract

As an indispensable and important facility in industrial and chemical production, the polymerizer is indispensable to China's economic development. It is widely used and is involved in many other aspects such as medicine, chemical industry, food, petroleum, and so on. Polymerizers are the main equipment for preparing polymer compounds. It is generally vertical cylindrical with a jacket for steam or cold water heating or cooling.

1. The coil-containing polymerization tank is divided into two main parts. The polymerization tank part and the jacket part are mainly composed of two parts: the cylinder body and the head. The rest of the accessories are flanges and pipes, etc. Pressure vessels are more common.

2. This design is designed to understand the design methods and future development prospects of jacketed polymerizers by consulting reference documents from various domestic and foreign countries. According to the process conditions, the polymer kettle process structure was designed, and the design of the polymerizer was designed in strict accordance with national standards in accordance with GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessel" and other design requirements.

3. Through a series of structural design, strength calculation, hole reinforcement, economic evaluation, SW6 verification and other learning and practice processes, deepened understanding of the polymerizer. Comprehension of cylinder calculations and strength check methods, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the coiled polymerizers and improvement.

4. Finally complete the assembly drawing and part drawing of the coil-containing polymerization tank, and design the drawings that meet the process requirements and have engineering and application values.
