摘 要

福建省纺织品出口企业是我国对外贸易发展的重要支撑力量。近年来，受到国际市场环境的影响，尤其是人民币汇率的变化，给福建省纺织品对外贸易企业发展带来较大的影响。人民币汇率升值对福建省纺织品外贸企业的发展有着直接的影响。如何在人民币汇率升值情况下，提升纺织品外贸出口企业的综合竞争力成为广大学者、专家、企业管理人员重点研究的问题。基于此，本文拟就现阶段人民币汇率升值作为研究背景，首先对文章的选题背景与意义做了简要的介绍，为文章的整体理论框架奠定基础，其次为人民币升值的理论知识，重点就国内外研究现状做了分析，第三部分分析现阶段福建省纺织品对外贸易发展的现状、存在的问题，针对出现的问题，文章的最后部分从企业层面，如完善企业产品质量管理、完善企业品牌建设、健全企业人力资源战略管理等方面措施，从行业层面，提出上下游企业共把质量关降低外贸风险，从政策层面，政府给予更多的支持等。通过本文论述，以期在人民币升值背景下，提升纺织品外贸出口企业综合竞争力有一定的实践指导意义。

Study on Export Strategy of Fujian Province Textile Enterprises under the Situation of RMB Appreciation

Abstract

Fujian textile export enterprises are an important supporting force for the development of China"s foreign trade. In recent years, due to the influence of international market environment, especially the change of RMB exchange rate, the development of textile foreign trade enterprises in Fujian Province has been greatly affected. The appreciation of RMB exchange rate has a direct impact on the development of textile foreign trade enterprises in Fujian Province. How to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of textile export enterprises under the appreciation of RMB exchange rate has become the focus of scholars, experts and business managers. Based on this, this paper intends to take the appreciation of RMB exchange rate as the research background at the present stage. Firstly, it briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, lays the foundation for the overall theoretical framework of the article. Secondly, it focuses on the theoretical knowledge of RMB appreciation, and makes an analysis of the current situation at home and abroad. The third part analyses the current situation and existing situation of the development of Fujian textile foreign trade at the present stage. In view of the existing problems, the last part of the article puts forward some measures from the enterprise level, such as improving product quality management, brand building and strategic management of human resources. From the industry level, it puts forward that upstream and downstream enterprises should take quality control to reduce foreign trade risks, and from the policy level, the government should give more support. Through the discussion in this paper, in order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of textile export enterprises under the background of RMB appreciation, it has certain practical guiding significance.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

自从2005年汇率实行改革以来，人民币汇率升值的步伐一直未停，人民币汇率波动是市场关注的焦点，所以有关学者给予了关切和研讨，相关学者对人民币汇率持续给予了很强的预期。在外汇管理学界专家、国家外汇管理局以及官方智库等共同完成人民币汇率改革5年以来的影响评估，报告中显示，人民币对美元从2011年到2017年底累计升值达到了18%，实际有效汇率和名义汇率分别升值了大约20%和13%。人民币汇率升值，从某种意义上讲，意味着我国产品的出口价格竞争力下降。纺织品在福建省外贸出口中占据了较大的地位。2017年在福建省各种出口产品中，福建省纺织业的出口总额和产销总量都居于前三位，并且福建省当前已成为福建省纺织品出口加工地区重要地区之一。
