南川工业园东区1#楼土建工程投标文件编制毕业论文

摘 要

本毕业设计题目为《南川工业园东区1#楼土建工程投标文件编制》,主要包括投标函、商务标(投标报价)、技术标(施工组织设计)等内容。

其中投标函是投标人按照招标文件的条件和要求,向招标人提交的有关企业资质、投标代理、投标担保、投标保证金、质量承诺、项目管理机构等概括性说明和函件。

商务标是投标人根据招标文件对项目进行清单计价,按照项目条件、招标文件要求、实际情况、市场价等信息进行组价、调价,最后得出投标总报价,形成报表。包括单位工程投标报价汇总表、分部分项工程和单价措施项目清单与计价表、综合单价分析表、总价措施项目清单与计价表、其他项目清单与计价汇总表等。

技术标是根据项目条件和招标文件要求,按照国家规定和工程建设相关规范,进行施工组织设计编制。包括总平面布置、施工进度计划、资源劳动力计划、项目组织机构、大型机械选择、分项工程施工方法、质量工期保证措施、安全文明施工措施等。

Abstract

The title of the graduation design is "preparation of bidding documents for the Civil Engineering of the Eastern 1# Building in the East District of Nanchuan Industrial Park", which mainly includes the tender letter, the commercial bid (bid quotation), the technical tender (construction organization design) and so on.

The tender letter is the general description and correspondence submitted by the bidder to the tenderee according to the conditions and requirements of the tender documents, such as enterprise qualification, bid agent, bid guarantee, quality promise, project management organization, etc.

The commercial bid is the bidder carries on the list valuation to the project according to the bidding document, according to the project condition, the bidding document request, the actual situation, the market price and so on information carries on the group price, adjusts the price, finally obtains the tender total quotation, forms the report form. Includes the unit project bidding quotation summary form, the division item list and the unit price measure item list and the valuation table, the synthesis unit price analysis table, the total price measure item list and the valuation table, other items list and the valuation summary table and so on.

Technical bidding is to prepare construction organization design according to the requirements of project conditions and bidding documents, and in accordance with national regulations and relevant specifications of project construction. Including general layout, construction progress plan, resource and labor planning, project organization, large mechanical selection, construction methods, quality assurance measures, safety and civilization construction measures.
