Abstract

The pure electric logistics vehicle is a vehicle-powered transport and storage material unit mobile assembly equipment. Also known as electric vehicle logistics vehicles, electric logistics transfer vehicles, electric cargo turnover vehicles. Electric vehicles are zero-emission vehicles powered by onboard power batteries. In recent years, the boom in the development of electric vehicles has risen around the world and has gradually developed in the direction of small-lot commercial production. The development of electric vehicle technology depends on the progress of multi-disciplinary technologies. The problem that needs to be solved in particular is to further improve the dynamic performance, increase driving range, and reduce costs.

Based on some basic parameters of the E40-D pure electric logistics vehicle, this paper studies the drive form of the whole vehicle and the overall layout of the vehicle. For the whole vehicle dynamic matching calculation, the selection of main components. According to the requirement of dynamic performance, the main parameter design and matching calculation of motor power and battery are carried out by using automobile theory, motor and battery related knowledge.

With the intensification of environmental pollution and the continuous consumption of non renewable energy such as petroleum, governments of various countries have implemented increasingly stringent emission regulations to control the exhaust gas output of vehicles, and the transformation and upgrading of the energy structure of automobiles are becoming more and more urgent. The application of electric energy as a representative of new energy vehicles is increasingly being taken by the state and enterprises. A wide range of concerns. In October 2016, under the support of the relevant state departments, the automobile industry issued the "energy saving and new energy vehicle technology roadmap", and put forward a clear plan for the development of new energy vehicles in the next few years, with a great length on the technical promotion target of electric vehicles in the future, reflecting the industry for this kind. Vehicle development attention. In the past 2016, the production and sales of pure electric vehicles have reached more than 400 thousand vehicles in the whole year, and the growth trend is obvious. Compared with 2015, the increase of production and marketing value is higher than 60%. By consulting the relevant data, we can understand that as time goes on, sales of pure electric vehicles show a trend of increasing month by month. In the case of the continuous promotion of national support policies, the sales volume of pure electric special vehicles has increased considerably at the end of 2016. Among the various types of pure electric vehicles sold, the largest number of pure electric logistics models occupy more than 50% of the total electric vehicle. All the above facts show that the pure electric logistics vehicle has good prospects for development.

China's automobile industry is developing rapidly, and its production and sales volume has achieved new breakthroughs for many years. With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the gap between China's energy demand and supply is increasing. According to the development research center of the State Council, it is estimated that 140 million vehicles will be insured in 2020, and the fuel demand for motor vehicles is 1.38 million tons and 2.56 billion tons respectively, which is 43% and 57% of the national oil demand in the year. China's oil resources are scarce, oil imports increase by two digits per year, and the energy gap will reach 60% in the next 10~15 years.

At the same time, the pollution of fuel vehicle exhaust is becoming more and more serious. More than 80% of carbon monoxide, more than 40% of nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons in large and medium cities, and 20% to 30% of lead containing particulate pollutants are from the exhaust emission of motor vehicles. Developing low carbon economy is the economic development model advocated by the state. Developing low carbon industry, low-carbon energy and low-carbon technology is not only an important carrier for building a resource saving society, environment-friendly society and ecological civilization, but also the transformation of development mode, ensuring energy security, effectively controlling gas emission and responding to the country. The fundamental way of the financial crisis is to focus on a new round of global development opportunities, and to achieve the goal of the development and modernization of the automobile industry in China.

Vigorously developing new energy vehicles, replacing electricity with electricity, and reducing emissions are not only in line with China’s national conditions, but also represent the direction of the development of the world’s automotive industry. Accelerating the industrialization of electric vehicles will not only promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the transportation sector, but also promote the sustainable development of the automotive industry.
