X公司员工培训体系优化设计研究毕业论文

摘 要
在这个互联网高速发展时期和大数据时代社会背景下,房地产行业迎来了属于它的“镀金时代”,实现由传统产销模式向金融深化模式、开发商向不动产商的转变,这对房地产中介行业来说,既是机遇也是挑战。房产经纪人作为房地产中介行业的标杆产物,其知识、能力、素养的匹配程度意味着该行业的专业化发展程度,进一步影响其品牌化发展,而培训正是企业培养人才和提高员工知识技能的根本途径。所以,对房产经纪人的培训和培养是房地产中介公司必须加以重视的问题甚至是提上战略性层面的议程。
本文以X房地产中介公司的房产经纪人培训体系为研究对象,以员工培训的相关理论为研究依据,通过对X公司的经纪人培训现状进行阐述及问题分析,发现主要在培训需求分析、培训课程设计和培训效果评估三大方面急需改善,为此设计出针对性的经纪人培训优化体系,并加以保障措施。通过此次研究,发现员工培训的重要性,企业应将培训体系不断加以完善优化使其更加科学和成熟。

Abstract
In this period of rapid development of the Internet and the social background of the era of big data, the real estate industry has ushered in its "gilded era", from the traditional production and marketing model to the financial deepening model, the transformation of developers to real estate developers, which for the real estate intermediary industry .It is both an opportunity and a challenge. As the benchmark product of the real estate agency industry, the real estate agent's degree of matching of knowledge, ability, and quality means the degree of professional development of the industry, further affecting its brand development. Training is precisely the the fundamental approach of training of talents and the improvement of employees’ knowledge and skills. Therefore, the training and cultivating of real estate brokers is a problem that real estate agencies must attach importance to, and even a strategic level. The enterprise's training system in this area should be constantly improved and optimized to make it more scientific and mature.
This thesis takes the real estate agent company's real estate agent training system as the research object, takes the related theory of employee training as the research basis, expounds and analyzes the status quo of X company's agent training and finds that there are urgent needs for improvement in training needs analysis, training course design, and training effectiveness evaluation. To this end, a targeted broker training optimization system is designed and safeguarded.Through this study, it was found that the importance of employee training, companies should continue to improve and optimize the training system to make it more scientific and mature.
