滨江苑社区文体中心空调工程设计毕业论文

摘 要

此次暖通空调工程设计的对象是南京市某文体中心。南京市地区属夏热冬冷地域,气象特点是夏季气温高湿度大、冬季气温低湿度大,夏冬两季时间间隔较长。南京市地处夏热冬冷地区,根据文体中心所在地区夏季气候特点进行暖通空调设计。

文体中心作为该地区的大型公共设施建筑,其服务半径辐射附近规划的城市的居民住宅区。该公共建筑具有完善城市居住区的社会职能的多种功能,包括向居民提供业务办理、健身、社区教育、文化活动、游泳、羽毛球等一系列社区服务。

建筑总用地面积为3875m2,总建筑面积为11660 m2,其中地上建筑面积为10698 m2,地下建筑面积为962 m2,建筑密度34.64%,容积率1.07。

该建筑拥有地下一层,地上四层及局部区域五层。包括层高5.8米的地下一层,层高为5.4米的首层,层高均为4.2米的二至四层。

该文体中心是一级耐火等级设计且拥有50年使用年限钢框架的多层建筑

建筑功能分布:地下一层主要功能为设备用房,首层主要功能为游泳馆及休闲场所等;二层为各种体育相关运动的活动中心,三层主要提供学习阅读室,四层主要为大活动室、报告厅及娱乐场所等。

本次设计主要内容包括:房间冷负荷计算,设备选型,系统分区、空调系统的选择,气流组织及水力计算,选择冷源和设计机房。在计算负荷阶段,对建筑进行负荷和功能进行了一定分析,根据各房间负荷特点分别进行处理;将负荷分析结果作为冷源选择依据。

结合本建筑不同房间的使用功能,本次设计中选择了全空气一次回风系统以及独立新风 风机盘管系统。

水系统采用两管制闭式系统,下送上回。采用竖直同程、水平异程的设计方式。同时,采用了变频泵,在部分负荷时,可以节约水泵运行能耗。

此次空调工程设计以满足暖通空调的实际应用,降低建筑空调能耗为目的,将理论研究和实际工程设计相结合,在可持续发展的理念下实现空调系统的舒适性、经济性、高效性和节能性。

Abstract

The object of this HVAC project design is a cultural center in Nanjing. The area of Nanjing is a hot summer and cold winter area. The meteorological features are high temperature and high humidity in summer, low temperature and high humidity in winter, and a long interval between summer and winter. Nanjing is located in a hot summer and cold winter area, and HVAC design is based on the summer climate characteristics of the area where the sports center is located.

As a large-scale public facility in the area, the style center has a radius of service that radiates the residential area of the nearby planned city. The public building has a variety of functions to improve the social functions of urban residential areas, including providing residents with a series of community services such as business management, fitness, community education, cultural activities, swimming, and badminton.

The total land area of the building is 3875m2, and the total building area is 11660 m2, of which the above-ground building area is 10698 m2, the underground building area is 962 m2, the building density is 34.64%, and the floor area ratio is 1.07.

The building has a basement floor, four floors above the ground and five floors in a local area. Including the ground floor with a height of 5.8 meters, the first floor with a height of 5.4 meters and the second to fourth floor with a height of 4.2 meters.

The stylistic center is a multi-story building with Class I fire-rated design and 50-year service life steel frame
The distribution of architectural functions: The main function of the ground floor is the equipment room, the main functions of the first floor are swimming pools and leisure venues, the second floor is the activity center of various sports related sports, the third floor mainly provides the learning reading room, and the fourth floor is mainly Large event rooms, lecture halls and entertainment venues.
The main contents of this design include: room cooling load calculation, equipment selection, system partition, selection of air conditioning system, air flow organization and hydraulic calculation, selection of cold source and design of machine room. In the calculation of load stage, a certain analysis of the load and function of the building was carried out, and the treatment was carried out according to the characteristics of each room load; the load analysis results were used as the basis of cold source selection.
Combined with the use of the different functions of the room in this building, a full air primary air return system and independent fresh air fan coil system were selected in this design.

The water system adopts a closed two-control system and is sent back. Adopts the same vertical and horizontal offset design. At the same time, the variable frequency pump is used to save the energy consumption of the pump during part load.
This air-conditioning project is designed to meet the practical application of HVAC and reduce the energy consumption of building air conditioners. It combines theoretical research with practical engineering design to achieve the comfort, economy and efficiency of air-conditioning systems under the concept of sustainable development.
