中小跨径钢混组合梁桥构造研究毕业论文

摘 要
钢-混组合梁桥作为一种新型的结构形式,首次创新地提出,在技术不断发展,跨度不断刷新的背景下,符合桥梁建设“大跨径,轻型化,桥梁结构形式多样,预制装配”的趋势,为桥梁中的技术难题提供了全新的解决方法思路,适合于我国的桥梁发展国情,具有显著的技术优势、经济效益与广泛的应用前景。一般的钢-混组合梁桥充分发挥了钢材抗拉与混凝土抗压的材料物理优点,其与纯钢梁相比,降低了造价,节省了钢材,刚度变大,截面重心有效提高,避免了钢腹板局部压屈破坏,节省施工工序与材料,建设周期短,但是耐火性要求高,需要做一些防火措施,另外由于需要焊接数量很多的抗剪连接件,为施工带来不便。需要不断进行探索与改进,探讨这种结构的构造特点与力学特征。
作为一种创新型桥梁结构形式,为推广应用,针对此种结构形式的桥梁开展设计研究,不断进行探索与改进,为桥梁设计者提供参考。本文正是以此为目标,对组合梁桥的某些方面进行分析。
本文基于G107分离式立交桥的工程背景,对钢-混组合梁结构开展了构造研究,本文的主要研究内容如下:
首先系统简述了钢-混组合梁结构的概念、特点以及相关的计算原理,分析了钢与混凝土连接的五种连接形式,重点讨论了栓钉连接件和PBL连接件,同时,引入了近年兴起的抗拔不抗剪连接件。
其次分析了组合梁桥的施工方法以及各种方法的施工环境条件和运用的施工原理。介绍了各种施工方法的适用条件。
最后借助实际工程例子阐述了钢箱梁从原始材料的选择,根据产品特征做必要的工艺性试验,搭建胎架,然后进行单元拼接的过程。

Abstract
As a new type of structural form, steel-concrete continuous beam bridge has been put forward creatively for the first time. In the context of continuous development of construction technology and continuous refresh of span, the trend of "large span, whole light, diversity of bridge structure and prefabricated assembly" is in line with the construction of bridge construction, which provides a new technique for the technical problems in the bridge. The solution is suitable for the development of our country's bridges, with significant technical and economic benefits and wide application prospects. The general steel mixed beam bridge makes full use of the material physical properties of steel tensile and concrete compression. Compared with the pure steel beam, the steel is saved, the cost of steel is saved, the cost of the steel is reduced, the stiffness of the section is larger, the center of gravity of the section is effectively improved, the local buckling of the safe steel web is damaged, the construction process and material are saved, the construction period is short, but the fire resistance requirement is required. High, need to do some fire prevention measures, and a large number of welded shear connectors construction is somewhat inconvenient. Continuous exploration and improvement are needed to explore the structural characteristics and mechanical characteristics of such structures.
As a kind of innovative bridge structure form, for the popularization and application of the bridge design research, continuous exploration and improvement for bridge designers to provide reference and reference for the bridge designers. In this paper, some aspects of steel box girder prestressed concrete composite continuous girder bridge are analyzed.
Based on the engineering background of the G107 separated flyover, the structure research of steel-concrete composite beam structure is carried out. The main research contents are as follows: First, the concept, characteristics and relevant calculation principles of the steel mixed composite beam structure are expounded systematically. Five connection forms of steel and concrete are analyzed in detail. The stud connector and PBL connector are emphatically discussed. At the same time, the anti pulling and shearing anti shear connectors are introduced in recent years. Secondly, the construction method of the composite beam bridge and the construction environment conditions of various methods and the construction principles are analyzed. The applicable conditions of various construction methods are introduced.
At last, with the help of practical engineering examples, the selection of the steel box beam from the original material, the necessary technological test according to the product characteristics, the construction of the tire frame, and then the process of unit splicing.
