摘 要

校园宿舍管理是大学生管理中非常重要的环节。学生宿舍的管理水平体现了学校的管理水平。这将对学校的各个方面产生影响。对于各个高校来说，学生的宿舍工作与更多的信息有关。如果进行人工注册，管理员要消耗大部分时间和精力，还可能产生信息错误或信息丢失。信息管理软件的使用不仅可以保证数据的准确性，还可以统计各种信息。这些优点可以大大提高学生宿舍管理的效率。

校园宿舍管理系统利用电脑管理信息，并使宿舍管理人员摆脱循环和繁琐的任务。使用校园宿舍管理系统，能够提升对宿舍管理的效率;降低非必须的人力，物力和财力支出;宿舍管理人员可以更加全面地对学生宿舍信息进行操作等。因此，本系统根据实际情况，采用B/S架构，使用Myeclipse编译软件进行开发，利用Struts，Spring，Hibernate框架和MySQL数据库开发基于Web的校园宿舍管理系统。

该系统的用户主要分为三个角色：学生，楼宇管理员和系统管理员。学生的主要功能是查看个人缺勤记录、查看宿舍卫生情况、查看综合测评宿舍部分得分以及修改密码。楼宇管理员的主要职能是学生信息管理、登记学生缺勤记录、卫生情况管理、查看综合测评宿舍部分得分表、管理来访记录、调取楼道监控画面以及修改密码。管理员的主要职能是：楼宇管理员管理、学生管理、楼宇管理、宿舍管理、学生入住登记、学生寝室调换、学生迁出登记、查看学生缺勤记录、查看迁出记录以及修改密码。

Abstract

Student dormitory management is very important in the management of college students. The management level of student dormitories reflects the level of students' work in schools. This will directly affect all aspects of the school. For colleges and universities, students' dormitory work involves more information. If manual registration is used, administrators will pay too much time and energy on it, which will easily lead to information errors and information loss. The use of information management software can not only ensure the accuracy of data, but also can get many information，which can improve the efficiency of the dormitory management greatly.

The student hostel management system realizes the information of computer management of dormitories and students, and enables the staff of the dormitory management department to get rid of the daily and complicated affairs. Using the dormitory management system, the efficiency of the dormitory management department can be improved; the unnecessary power, material and financial expenditure can be reduced; the dormitory management staff can master the students' dormitory in an all-round way. Therefore, according to the real situation, the system adopts the B/S architecture, based on the Myeclipse development platform, and uses the Struts, Spring, Hibernate framework and MySQL to develop the campus dormitory management system based on Web.

Users are mainly divided into three roles: students, building managers and system administrators. The main function of students is to check personal absences records, check the hygiene condition of dormitories, check the scores of comprehensive evaluation dormitory and modify the passwords. The main functions of the building administrators are student information management, registration of students' absence records, health management, examination of the comprehensive evaluation of the scores of the dormitory, the management of the visiting records, the monitoring of the monitoring pictures of the corridor and the revision of the password. 随着社会进步，高校扩招和入学率的提高，大学生人数大幅增加，宿舍房需求也相应增加。校园宿舍管理系统是高校不能缺少的组成部分，它对于大学生在校园中能够安定有序的生活是非常重要的。大学四年时光中，我们几乎在宿舍和亲密朋友中度过。宿舍是大学生在校园学习，生活和放松的第一场所，是学生生活和渡过成长和变革辉煌岁月的港湾^[1]。但传统的宿舍管理模式面临着大量学生的需求，宿舍的安全以及信息的快速更新等考验。以往的宿舍管理过分依赖人力资源的分配和注册，难以处理大量的学生和学生的信息。以往的管理模式不但效率较低，出错率偏高，而且对快速更替的宿舍和学生信息并不敏感，给学校的管理带来了诸多不便。因此，如果可以开发高效的宿舍管理系统，将会对了解各宿舍的情况，寝室成员信息，对学校寄宿制度的改善，房屋安全的管理，人力资源的优化，新生入学的合理分配以及提高宿舍的利用率都有很大的帮助。

社会科学技术的迅速发展和管理系统软件的快速发展为解决这一问题提供了一条现实的途径。学生宿舍的信息化管理模式以其便捷，快捷，节省人力资源等优势，利用现代计算机技术开展大学生信息化是解决这一问题的有效途径。大量数据的有效管理和快速处理使大学宿舍信息管理成为必然趋势^[2]。

宿舍管理系统对于本身就是知识宫殿的大学校园来说也是不可或缺的。经过初步了解，大量学校仍处于人工数据录入的初级阶段。这种方法对于学生人数较少的学校来说缺点并不是特别明显，但对于拥有数目庞大的学生的学校来说，大量的数据录入、处理和查询，使得这种传统模式的缺陷无疑给高校和学生带来很多不便。我们宿舍生活中的宿舍管理，比如宿舍管理的缺陷，比如访客可能不了解学生特定的宿舍，只有名字，管理人员往往需要挨个查询记录，浪费时间和精力；有时候学生信息改变了，管理人员需要重新注册，由此浪费纸张等等。这些问题与快速发展的信息时代愈发不符合，传统的管理模式注定要被时代浪潮所淹没。大学校园中应该到处展示知识的力量，而计算机管理模式正是适应这一趋势的唯一选择。
