XX保险公司健康保险业务绩效评价与改善毕业论文

摘 要

中国的保险业发展了30多年,市场规模渐趋稳定,人口红利日益减少,行业竞争越发激烈,开始进入到市场和客户的成熟稳定时期,相应的保险法律法规也在进一步规范保险行为,市场环境逐步实现透明化、规范化、专业化。这就要求各家保险公司实现公司内部和外部的变革与突破,稳步提升公司和员工的保险专业能力、规范公司行为、打造独特的品牌产品形象,以期在同行业的竞争中保持不败。

本文在参考文献资料的基础上,针对ZT保险公司绩效评价体系的制度不完善、过程不透明、员工参与度低等问题,以该公司的健康险业务员工为绩效评价对象,与公司管理层沟通协商选取评价指标,运用层次分析法建立新的绩效评价体系。通过在ZT保险公司进行员工绩效评价新方法的实证检验,对该公司的经营理念是否正确、目标设置是否合理以及未来发展是否能够顺利等做出判断并结合反馈结果给出改善建议。

Improvement of Performance Evaluation on Commercial Health Insurance Business Employees of ZT Insurance Company

ABSTRACT

After 30 years’ development, the market scale of insurance industry in China turns out to be stabilized and the demographic dividend gradually decreases, which means the stationary phase has come when both the markets and customers have been saturated to a great extent. In the same time, insurance laws and regulations are being issued to require the management behavior and products of insurance companies to become more canonical and lawful. This situation is sending out the signal that each insurance company must seek for measures of reform and breakthrough to steadily improve the insurance professional ability of companies and their employees and standardize the behavior and create a unique brand image of each company, so that can insurance companies survive the fierce industry competition.

On the basic of a number of paper literature and journal articles, this thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and related performance theories to build a performance evaluation method for the ZT insurance company. This method focuses on the problems that truly relax in the ZT insurance company, which including the institution of performance evaluation remains to be perfected, the process remains is not transparent and the participation of employees is low. The subjects of the method are employees working on the commercial health insurance business and the evaluating indicators are setted up after communicating and negotiating with the management of the company. Then the new method is tried out in the ZT insurance company, it will judge out that if the company concepts are right, if the target is setted correctly and if the future development will be smooth. At last, combined with the feedback, suggests of improvement will be given to the ZT insurance company to consult.
