新零售趋势下外卖平台发展模式分析——以饿了么为例毕业论文

摘 要
随着网络化的发展以及移动支付的普及,我们所熟知的传统的零售方式正以一个全新的面貌出现在我们的生活中,新零售在这大背景下应运而生。同时,技术的进步导致我国外卖行业发生了剧变,由传统的电话订餐转变为线上网络订餐。因此,在新零售模式下,我国外卖行业的发展将是一个十分有意义的话题。本文重点在于讨论在新零售趋势下外卖平台发展模式,并以饿了么作为典型例子借以分析并得出相关结论,同时对我国其他外卖品牌提供借鉴意义。
本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上分析了新零售的含义、特点、优势、理论基础以及成因。接着阐述本文的重点部分,及外卖行业的发展分析。首先阐述了我国外卖行业的发展现状,其次借助PEST分析,阐述影响外卖平台的因素,第三层介绍新零售对于外卖平台的影响。然后本文以饿了么为例来阐述在新零售趋势下外卖平台的发展模式以及其优劣势分析。最后对以上研究进行归纳总结,通过结论揭示启示,并指出本研究的不足之处。

Analysis on The Development Mode of Takeaway Platform under The New Retail Trend -- Taking "Are You Hungry" as An Example
Abstract
With the development of network and the popularity of mobile payment, the traditional retail method, which is well known to us, is emerging in our life with a new appearance, and new retail emerges as the times require under this background. At the same time, the technological progress has led to drastic changes in China's takeout industry, from traditional telephone ordering to online ordering.Therefore, in the new retail mode, the development of takeout industry in China will be a very meaningful topic. This paper focuses on discussing the development model of takeout platform under the new retail trend, and takes hungry Mo as a typical example to analyze and draw relevant conclusions, at the same time, to provide reference for other takeout brands in China.
On the basis of summarizing the previous research results, this paper analyses the meaning, characteristics, advantages, theoretical basis and causes of the new retail. Then it expounds the key parts of this paper and the analysis of the development on takeaway industry. In this part, First of all, it expounds the present situation of the development of takeout industry in China. Secondly, with the help of PEST analysis, it elaborates the factors affecting takeout platform. Thirdly, it introduces the impact of new retail on takeout platform. Then this paper takes hungry as an example to illustrate the development model of takeout platform under the new retail trend and its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the above research is summed up, the inspiration is covered through the conclusion, and the shortcomings of this study are pointed out.

1.1研究背景和意义
伴随线上电商到线下店商生态一体化的构建,人、货、场的消费场景将重新被定义[1]。由于智能化、移动化的普及,相比较以往货币流通,随之出现的无现金支付模式更加方便高效。新零售便是在全球信息化的大背景下产生,自新零售概念率先被马云提出,阿里巴巴便在积极探索一个全新的商业模式,在这种全新的模式下,国内的消费市场日新月异,消费者体验也进入全新阶段。新零售下的外卖服务除了传统的餐饮服务,同时囊括了包括超市便利、医药、鲜花生鲜等在内的多个零售行业。从而也就意味着饿了么能够借助新零售对以往的传统零售进行创新、改造,在满足更加多元化的消费需求的同时提供差异化的服务。
饿了么作为新兴的比较专业的第三方网络订餐平台,自融入阿里巴巴新零售后,借助新零售实现了加速飞跃,再加上阿里新零售本身固有的优势,不断的加深与生活服务之间的联系,成为用户生活必不可缺的一部分。因此饿了么手机App用户的使用量不断上升。
