摘 要

进入21世纪，全球经济进入高速发展的时代，尤其是软件行业面临着前所未有的压力和挑战。在激烈的市场竞争环境下,质量是企业生存和发展的保障。设计研发过程的质量是保证软件质量的重要环节,它在很大程度上影响软件最终质量,因此对设计研发过程质量进行控制具有重要意义。本文对质量管理体系中的质量控制进行详细研究，对质量控制相关的方法和理论进行总结和分析，阐述了国内外软件企业质量控制的发展历程和现状。从D公司质量控制的现状、出现的问题分析、D公司的组织结构以及质量控制的流程等方面深入研究了D公司质量控制体系。论文开端阐明了质量管理的研究意义和背景，从质量控制管理的概念和方法入手，详细介绍了质量控制管理中软件质量管理理论、质量控制理论和常用的质量控制方法等。介绍了D公司的现状，从技术层面和管理层层面分析了软件研发设计过程中出现的问题以原因。给出了软件产品质量控制的目标与基本思路、质量管理体系内容、质量控制的保障措施，包括组织管理结构和管理程序上的改进措施、技术和管理层面上的改进措施以及质量管理评估监督方面的质量管理措施的改进等。最后对文章内容进行了总结。

ABSTRACT

The global economic developed at a top speed in the 21 century, especially the  software industry faces the challenge and pressure. In the environment of fierce market competition, the quality is the guarantee for the development and survival of enterprise. The quality of designed and developed is the critical link to guarantee the quality of product, which influence the quality of product to a great extent. Hence, the quality control is meaning for the produce. The quality of product as the critical factors to remain the companies competitive is focused on by the company. The produce progress is the direct result of quality of product, is the important link of guaranteeing the quality. So it is necessary to analysis and control the quality produce, and realize the prior to prevent, the stable of produce and effective monitoring.

The paper analyses the quality control of the quality management system detailedly, summaries the relevant methods and theories of quality control and elaborates the development course and current situation of enterprise quality control at home and abroad. Based on the current situation, the analysis of possible troubles, the organization structure and the process of quality control, we further research the quality control system of D company. The paper includes five parts: The first part expounds the research background and research meaning, and introduces the current situation of quality control at home and abroad, and introduces the main contexts and technology route of this paper. The second part elaborates the Software quality management theory, quality control theory and quality control methods. The third part introduces the current statement of D company , and from the technical and management analysis the reason of problems in the research and development of the software design process. The fourth part gives the targets and basic thinking, the principle of quality control, the quality management system and the safeguards

measure of quality control, which is the main part of the paper. The fifth part concludes the paper.

1.1研究背景

质量是企业面对市场环境日趋复杂和激烈的情况下能够立于不败之地的保证。如何保障制造过程中产品的质量问题是产品生产中的重要环节，它往往是决定产品是否成功的关键因素，因此在产品生产的过程中保障质量具有重要的意义。产品的质量一直是企业的根本，是企业赖以生存来竞争市场的关键，那么在企业的产品制造流程中包含的每个细微的程序和步骤就是产品质量的基本形成过程，质量控制过程中的重要步骤。因此，产品生产进行控制和分析是企业保持生产过程中的稳定性、实现企业事前预防和事后监控的重要手段。

本文分析了中国与欧美日等主要工业化国家质量管理体系的对比以及国内软件质量管理发展状况。针对一家具体的软件公司的质量管理进行实际的调研，内容包括：软件设计研发管理现状、软件测试管理现状。针对软件设计研发的质量管理进行研究，提出质量控制组织结构和管理程序方面的改进措施。其中包括质量控制组织结构方面的改进措施，质量控制管理程序方面的改进措施，研发管理层面的改进措施，软件测试管理层面的改进措施，软件交付管理层面的改进措施。

1.2国内外研究现状

21世纪是产品快速制造生产的时代，软件研发企业在面对科技发展带来的红利的同时，也面临着巨大的挑战。每一个企业为了在日趋复杂的市场环境下求得生存，必须要考虑自身产品的质量，可以说，质量是软件研发产品用户做出相应决策中所要考虑的关键性因素，而产品质量的保障是依靠质量控制来实现的。因此，质量控制在软件研发过程中是非常重要的环节，不仅关系到企业和用户，更是关系到国计民生的重大问题。然而，如何更好地保证软件研发质量需要不断的技术支持和理论更新，而且软件研发质量的高低也从侧面反映出一个企业的科技水平和企业管理水平，也是企业生存和发展的保障。所以，软件研发企业在产品研发过程中需要合理的制定相关策略和运用相应的技术手段来严格控制产品质量。
