摘 要

本次毕业设计课题为快递手推车设计，作为物流运输的工具，提高运输效率。

现如今，网络购物越来越流行，从而产生的快递越来越多。物流产业扩大的同时，快递业发展迅速。快递在到达消费者手中时需要经过多个环节，快递员在处理快递的时候如何使用合理的工具，更好的解决运输过程中卸货和装货的问题，保证运输过程中物品的安全和物品运输的速度。

快递手推车在发达国家已经生产出了较好的产品。在我国尚处于待开发状态，使用合适手推车的快递公司并不多，在货物集散的中心区有部分使用手推车，而在快递的最后散发地点并没有使用高效的手推车。为了更好的服务于这个产业，更人性化的管理，针对特定的使用人群，关注他们的工作需求，设计出一款合理的快递手推车。

因而，通过对现有手推车深入调查的基础上：①首先，通过对市场调研、产品调研、技术调研、用户调研，以及对材料、工艺、成本、价值、人机工程学的分析后，设计出一款功能实用，造型美观，使用方便且价格合理的快递手推车。②再次，在产品设计定位基础上，绘制草图设计出多期多种方案，然后分析出最好的方案，再细化方案，整合出最好的设计草图，完成二维设计草图、三维建模以及渲染。处理出完整的设计样本。③最后，以设计出来的产品方案进行材料分析、结构分析、人机工程分析、工艺分析等一系列评估工作。以验证所设计出来的产品的合理性、市场适应性。

Nowadays,online shopping is becoming more and more popular.Resulting in more and more express delivery.at the same time,The expansion of logistics industry Rapid development of express industry.How to use the reasonable tool in the process, A better solution to the problem of unloading and loading during transit,To ensure the safety of goods and the speed of goods transportation in the course of transportation.

Express trolley in developed countries have produced some better products.However,Express trolley is still in the state of development in our country ,The company which has express trolley is not much,there are many express trolley in the central area of the goods distribution center,And at the end of the delivery site does not use an efficient hand cart.In order to improve better serve in industry area and more humane to manage.In view of the specific use of the crowd, so design a reasonable delivery cart.

Thus, based on the thorough investigation of the existing trolley: First of all,Through the market research, product research, technology research, user research, as well as materials, technology, cost, value, ergonomics analysis,The design of a functional utility, beautiful shape, easy to use and reasonable price delivery trolley. secondly ,in product design based, design in sketch out various schemes, and then analyze the best solution, then refinement scheme, integration of best design sketch, 2D sketching and 3D modeling and rendering .Processing a complete design sample.Finally, a series of evaluation work, such as material analysis and process analysis, ergonomics analysis and so on, In order to verify the rationality of the design of the product, market adaptability.
