摘 要
电冰箱目前是家家户户必备的电器,与生活紧密相连,尤其在夏天食物容易腐蚀的环境温度下,冰箱就起到了至关重要的作用,它可以保鲜、除味、降温等。虽然电冰箱操作起来并不复杂,但是其工作原理及组成部件想必大多数人都有所不知。本文对电冰箱做了一个详细介绍,从工作原理到发展趋势,只有了解这些之后,我们才能制造出更加环保更加节能的冰箱。
箱体结构:外形尺寸为528mm×528mm×1280mm (宽×深×高)。电冰箱总的热负荷为108.33W。压缩机的选取:R134a冰箱压缩机模型bk1114z,额定冷却容量182W,输入功率135W,电源电压220/240V,50Hz。冷凝器采用的是丝管式冷凝器,冷凝管用复合钢管,钢丝直径冷凝管水平根数为14根,实际高度为0.67m。冷藏室蒸发器采用单脊翅片盘管式蒸发器,一般厚度为0.25mm的铝板,使它弯曲成直径为6.5mm的管形通道,其翅片高h在20~26mm之间选择,本翅片高度采用24mm,翅厚。毛细管长度为。

Abstract
Fridge is now necessary every household appliances, closely connected with the living, especially in the summer food susceptible to corrosion of the ambient temperature, the refrigerator has played a crucial role, it can be fresh, odor, cooling and so on. Although the refrigerator is not complicated to operate, but its working principle and components presumably most people have of the unknown. In this paper, the refrigerator made a detailed presentation from the working principle of the development trend, only understand these, we can create a greener more energy-efficient refrigerator.
Box structure: external dimensions of 528mm × 528mm × 1280mm (width × depth × height). Refrigerator total heat load 108.33W. Select Compressor: R134a refrigerator compressor model bk1114z, rated cooling capacity of 182W, input power 135W, the power supply voltage 220 / 240V, 50Hz. Condenser uses a wire tube condenser, condenser composite pipe , wire diameter , tube spacing, wire spacing. Condenser level the number of 14, the actual height of 0.67m. Refrigerator compartment evaporator single ridge fin coil evaporator, generally a thickness of 0.25mm aluminum plate, bend it into a 6.5mm diameter tubular passage, the fin height h at 20 ~ 26mm to choose between the fin height using 24mm, fin thickness .
