摘 要

生态旅游作为目前影响范围最广的一种模式被应用到许多地区的旅游发展中，自然保护区的生态旅游探索实践也在不断的深入但问题突出。尤其是当前我国自然保护区生态旅游业在发展与自然保护区各个利益相关主体的关系处理存在许多问题，而自然保护区生态旅游的可持续发展前提是协调好各利益相关主体的利益关系，科学发展观中以人为本的理念也指导着自然保护区在开展生态旅游时要维护自然生态环境，充分考虑到和协调好自然保护区各利益相关主体的权益。本文基于旅游业的可持续发展理论，对我国的自然保护区生态旅游的开展和管理工作进行了深入探索，立足于自然保护区生态旅游管理，旅游经营管理的规范，结合了自然保护区生态旅游业经济效益和生态环境保护，力图通过协调生态旅游中各利益相关主体的利益和自然保护区的生态利益，对我国自然保护区生态旅游管理工作提出建议和对策，旨在实现自然保护区生态旅游的可持续发展。

Abstract

In the process of developing ecotourism in China's nature reserve, there are many problems in dealing with the relationship between the stakeholders. At the same time, to realize the sustainable development of ecotourism, it is essential to do a good job of coordinating the interests. People oriented Scientific Outlook on Development also requires natural reserves in the conservation and utilization of natural resources. In the process of developing ecotourism, we should pay full consideration and protect the rights and interests of all stakeholders in the nature reserve so that it will be beneficial to the sustainable development of ecotourism in nature reserve. This paper studied the development and management of ecotourism in nature reserves in China deeply basing on the Sustainable Development Theory, Theory of Ecology , Theory of Ecotourism Planning. The ecotourism activities in most nature reserves in China have been carried out one after another, but the importance of economic benefits and the neglect of ecological protection are serious, and the destruction of the ecological environment in nature reserves is becoming more and more serious. This paper bases on the management of ecotourism in nature reserve and the standard of tourism management to realize the sustainable development of ecotourism in nature reserve. In addition, this paper combines the natural ecological tourism economic, ecological environment protection and ecological benefit to balance the interests of stakeholders in the tourism ecological and natural conservation area. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to the ecotourism management of nature reserves in China to achieve the sustainable development of ecotourism in nature reserves.
