摘 要

自改革开放30年以来，我国经济发展水平不断持续增长。越来越多的景观形式，生态景观涌现出来。所以本文的研究方向即为乡村景观学。乡村景观学作为景观学和景观规划学两者交叉的产物，各界学者对其展开了深入的研究，同时也引起了社会的广泛关注。

课题以江苏省淮安市洪泽龟山村为研究对象，通过各项调查与分析，我将从自然环境、空间布局、村庄形态、乡村建筑、绿色基础设施、人民经济以及居民意愿和政府相关政策等方面进行改造设计，提出合理化的改善措施，进一步按照整体性原则、因地制宜性原则、资源合理开发原则、自然生态优先原则、文化继承与可持续发展原则以及人居环境与适宜产业相结合原则来改善和提升传统村落的人居环境。在设计淮安市龟山村景观改造时也充分考虑了景观主体及地域划分，同时也考虑到淮安市龟山村为传统遗址，有其一定的传统性和纪念意义。

本文从设计理念及构思、设计原则和设计目标、设计重点和难点分析、设计思路和表现方法等四个方面阐述这新兴学科对乡村滨水景观商业化的影响及未来展望。

Abstract

Since reform and opening up 30 years, China's economic development level of continuing growth. A growing number of landscape form, ecological landscape. So this article research direction is the rural landscape. Subject to huaian division turtle mountain village in jiangsu province as the research object, through the investigation and analysis, I will from the morphology of the natural environment, spatial layout, the village, village construction, green infrastructure, people's economy and the residents intend to modification design and relevant government policies and so on, and put forward rational improvement measures, further in accordance with the principle of integrity principle, adjust measures to local conditions, reasonable resources development principles, the principle of natural ecology, cultural inheritance and the principles of sustainable development as well as the principles of living environment combined with appropriate industry to improve and upgrade the living environment of traditional village. When designing huaian turtle mountain landscape transformation also give full consideration to the main body and regional landscape, but also take into account the huaian turtle for traditional village sites, has its traditional and memorable.

Starting from the conception, design principles and design concepts and design goals, design key and difficulty analysis, design thinking and expression methods and so on four aspects in this paper, the commercialization of this new discipline of rural waterfront landscape effect, and the future outlook.

自21世纪以来，由于中国经济不断快速发展从而产生了一门新兴学科。这门新兴学科即是乡村景观学。乡村景观学作为景观学和景观规划学两者交叉的产物，各界学者对其展开了深入的研究，同时也引起了社会的广泛关注。本人认为城市景观和乡村景观还是有很大的差别。具体体现在景观主体和地域划分上。故本人在设计淮安市龟山村景观改造时也充分考虑了景观主体及地域划分，同时也考虑到淮安市龟山村为传统遗址，有其一定的传统性和纪念意义。
