摘 要

伴随着城市的发展，人口老龄化也成了当下最为严峻的社会问题之一。老年人口的比重增加人数增多的同时，老年人对社会生活的需求也逐渐增加，社区老年服务中心作为老年人参与活动以及满足需求的载体之一，在城市发展过程中个扮演着重要的角色。在城市化过程中，城市规模增长，城市的人口增加，随之而来的新城新区的建设浪潮中，出现了许多问题，对于发展中的工业新区，居住环境的营造和社会福利设施建设也成为了重点。本文以浙江嘉兴的海盐县工业新区武原街道社区老年服务中景观设计为主题，分析了海盐县武原街道老年服务中心建设面内在的优劣势条件，存在的机遇以及面临的威胁和挑战。在设计方面，以从海盐县的城市背景出发结合老年人心理及行为特征进行设计研究，参考了国内外相关案例的设计研究，遵从传统景观设计原则、美学原则、生态的原则，以芳香疗法理论、康复花园相关理论为依据，从使用者的感知与需求角度出发，科学系统地进行规划设计，同时 充分尊重地域文化，创造环境宜人、疗养功能显著的生态化社区老年服务中心。

Abstract

With the development of the modern city, the ageing of the population has become one of the most severe social problems of the moment. While the increase in the proportion of the elderly population has increased, the demand for social life of the elderly has also gradually increased. The community service center for the elderly as one of the carriers for the elderly to participate in activities and meet the demand has played an important role in the process of urban development.In the process of urbanization, the scale of cities has increased, and the population of cities has increased. Many problems have appeared in the new wave of construction of new urban areas. The development of new industrial areas, the construction of residential environments and the construction of social welfare facilities have also become a problem.This paper takes the theme of landscape design in the community service of Wuyuan Street in Haiyan County, Jiaxing, Zhejiang as the theme, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities, threats and challenges facing the construction of the elderly service center in Wuyuan Street, Haiyan County. In the aspect of design, the design study was conducted based on the urban background of Haiyan County combined with the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly, and reference was made to the design research of related cases at home and abroad, following the principles of traditional landscape design, aesthetic principles, and ecological principles, and aromatherapy theory. Based on relevant theories of rehabilitation gardens, from the perspective of users' perceptions and needs, scientifically and systematically planning and designing, while fully respecting regional culture, creating an ecological community elderly service center with a pleasant environment and convincing functions.

1.1 我国老年服务中心的现实背景

2010年我国第六次人口普查结果显示，我国60岁及其以上人口己达到总人口数的13.26%。国际上把60岁以上的人口占总人口比例达到10.00%，或65岁以上人口占总人口的比重达到7%作为国家或地区进入老龄化社会的标准，由此可判定我国已步入老龄化社会。
