泄漏点检测与修复(LDAR)技术毕业论文

摘 要

石化企业的阀、泵、泄压装置、压缩机、法兰、接头连接系统等设备与管阀件数以十万乃至百万计,由于松动、变形、腐蚀、密封填料失灵等原因引起的泄漏几乎不可避免,其泄漏排放部位随机,数量多且分散,重液管线上设备与管阀件的泄漏可视,而轻液和气体管线上设备与管阀件的泄漏通常不可视。不仅造成原料产品加工损失,有的甚至酿成突发安全事故,造成重大经济损失和严重的社会影响。从设备管理角度出发,本着先想一步先试一步的理念,扬子石化-巴斯夫有限公司CTM自2014年开始关注跟踪石化行业VOCs和HAPs排放治理工作的进展,对LDAR技术进行探索和调研,并确定在以中央罐区为重点的公用工程系统实施试点。当年大检修前后分别在中央罐区、码头、电厂、公用工程四个区域完成了密封点信息采集、无泄漏管理平台开发、首轮检测和大检修后的复查。试点成果得到用户好评,并继续在苯乙烯装置、蒸汽裂解联合装置、碳一联合装置、醇胺联合装置应用和推广。2014年12月国家环保部颁布了《石化行业挥发性机物综合整治方案》,要求大力推进石化行业挥发性机物污染治理,在石化企业全面推行“泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术。北京、天津、上海、广州等地也陆续台了挥发性有机物排放控制的相关地方标准或文件。目前,国内如石化、包装、涂装等行业正在按照国家要求全面开展LDAR工作,积极推进LDAR技术的实施和应用。参考国内外相关标准、法规和规定,LDAR 技术涉及的标准规范及如何开展项目,如何进现场检测、泄漏维修以及VOCs排放量核算等。

(LDAR) Technology for Leak Point Detection and Repair

Abstract

The number of valves, pumps, pressure relief devices, compressors, flanges, joint connection systems and pipe valves in petrochemical enterprises is 100, 000 or even millions, and the leakage caused by loosening, deformation, corrosion, failure of sealing packing and so on is almost inevitable. The leakage location is random, the quantity is large and scattered, the leakage of equipment and pipe valve parts on heavy liquid pipeline is visible, while the leakage of equipment and pipe valve part on light liquid and gas pipeline is usually invisible. It not only causes raw material product processing loss, some even leads to sudden safety accident, resulting in great economic loss and serious social impact. From the point of view of equipment management, we should try one step at a time in order to think first and try one step at a time. In view of this, CTM of Yangzi Petrochemical-BASF Co., Ltd. has been paying attention to tracking the progress of VOCs and HAPs emission control in petrochemical industry since 2014, exploring and investigating LDAR technology, and determining the pilot project of public works system focusing on central tank area. Before and after the overhaul, the information collection of sealing point, the development of leak-free management platform, the first round of inspection and the review after overhaul were completed in the four areas of central tank area, wharf, power plant and public works respectively. The pilot results have been well received by users and continue to be used in styrene plant, steam cracking unit, carbon-amine combined plant and alkanolamine combined plant. "Promotion. In December,2014, the Ministry of Environment and Environmental Protection issued a comprehensive regulation plan for volatile organic materials in the petrochemical industry, which called for a vigorous promotion of the pollution control of the volatile organic matter in the petrochemical industry, and the" leakage detection and repair (LDAR) technology is fully implemented in the petrochemical enterprise. Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, The relevant local standards or documents for the emission control of volatile organic compounds have also been established in Guangzhou and other fields. At present, the industry in China, such as petrifaction, packaging and painting, is carrying out the LDAR work in full accordance with the national requirements, and actively promoting the implementation and application of the LDAR technology. Refer to the relevant standards at home and abroad. Laws and regulations, LDAR technology involves Standard specification and how to carry out the project, how to enter the site detection, leakage maintenance and VOCs emission accounting.
