摘 要
本文分析了加工中心切换加工零件设计的研究背景和意义,简要介绍了国内外相关夹具工装设计理论和技术的发展,并对目前国内中小型企业加工中心切换工装技术进行了介绍、分析和比较。针对加工中心在切换加工零件工作效率的问题,设计中采用的设计是采用夹具工装的工作原理。详细介绍了该设计的设计特点、总体结构与工作原理,对加工中心的现状进行改进与创新,根据实际工况对相应的工艺流程进行改变,根据实际情况对相应的夹具的数据进行计算和校核,并介绍夹具工装对应的结构特征,同时完成对重要零部件的详细设计和分析校核。

Design of Fast Switch Fixture in Processing Center
Abstract
This paper analyzes background and significance of the research on the design of switched machining parts in processing center, briefly introduces the development of the relevant jig assembly design theory and technology at home and abroad, and introduces, analyzes and compares the toggle assembly technology of the toggle processing center of small and medium-sized enterprises. In order to solve the problem of the working efficiency of the machining center in switching machining parts, the design adopted in the design is to use the working principle of jig assembly. The design characteristics, overall structure and working principle of the design are introduced in detail., the present situation of the processing center is improved and innovated, the corresponding process flow is changed according to the actual working conditions, and the corresponding fixture data is calculated and checked according to the actual situation. And the structure characteristics of the fixture assembly are introduced. At the same time, the detailed design and analysis of the important parts and components are completed.
