摘 要

随着科技与教学逐渐结合，国家一步步实现教学现代化，如何实现高校教室资源的合理高效管理、利用，如何更好地贯彻“共享”理念到高校教室资源管理中，成为了当下的研究热点。因此可以使用计算机科技与网络通信技术的结合，实现高校教室资源的有效管理，建设一个高校教室资源管理系统。

本文基于我校教室管理的需求，设计和实现了一个基于Java_spring框架的教室资源管理系统。以Tomcat为服务器，通过使用Eclipse开发工具，运用Java语言编写完成本次设计与开发。在实现教室资源管理系统时，通过对系统需求进行详细分析，对业务逻辑进行合理设计，不仅设计出流程图和数据库图，还设计出该教室资源管理系统的界面，最后根据设计实现该教室资源管理系统。

Design of Server of Classroom Resource Management System in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

With the gradual integration of science and technology with teaching, the country has gradually realized the modernization of teaching, how to realize the rational and efficient management and utilization of classroom resources in Colleges and universities, and how to better implement the concept of "sharing" into the management of classroom resources in Colleges and universities, which has become the current research hotspot. Therefore, the combination of computer technology and network communication technology can be used to realize the effective management of classroom resources in Colleges and universities, and build a classroom resource management system in Colleges and universities.

Based on the needs of classroom management in our school, this paper designs and implements a classroom resource management system based on Java_spring framework. Tomcat is used as the server and Eclipse development tool is used to complete the design and development in Java language. In the implementation of classroom resource management system, through detailed analysis of the system requirements and reasonable design of business logic, not only the flow chart and database diagram are designed, but also the interface of the classroom resource management system is designed. Finally, the classroom resource management system is implemented according to the design.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景及意义

在“科教兴国，教学现代化”的时代背景中，如何将平日专业所学知识与教学相结合，将专业水平、专业技能在校园里利用起来，能够化知识为实践，是我们工科大学生面临的难题。而高校教室资源分配是一个高校管理的重要基石，高校的日常教学任务开展、考试安排、学生活动都需要在教室中开展。那么我们工科大学生，可以利用这个平台，发挥自己的创造力、专业能力，来开创一个高效、科学的教室资源管理平台^[1]。

随着国内高等教育的开拓和发展，本科阶段招生规模越来越大，为了满足教学需求，国内高校的教室资源紧缺，出现了一室多班，座无虚席，拥挤的现象，管理模式、管理方式也日趋复杂和繁琐。传统的纸质教室管理也不能满足如今的教学需求，急需一个基于计算机网络技术的管理系统，这样才能使高校的教室资源管理更加高效科学化。

1.2高校教室建设与管理现状

目前国内高校很多都是通过教务处的教室备案登记表来管理教室的使用状态、租借申请、教学安排、考试安排。以我校成贤学院为例，教学课程安排的查询需要在校园网的课程表中才能查询到相应的教室，有社团或班级需要查询特定教室使用状态或者想要租借教室的时候需要向教务处提交纸质申请，然后获得相关负责人的签字才能去使用教室，而没有公告，那么后续有人想要使用这间教室，又需要去教务处查询才可以，可以说是非常的繁琐。

正因为没有一个科学、规范、透明的管理平台，导致了很多教室闲置，得不到及时利用，而很多想用教室的人又不能及时租借到教室，这种供求信息不对等的情况时有发生，使高校教室资源不能得到充分、有效的利用。
