生命历程视角下“全职主妇”的再就业研究

摘 要

女性的劳动参与是衡量女性地位和社会发展的重要指标，它与性别平等和现代化密切相关。但长期以来在女性就业领域存在一个受人忽视的领域——全职主妇就业。受传统社会思想，全职主妇在角色分工中被定位为“相夫教子、操持家庭”的社会角色。然而，近来市场化转型过程中，部分全职主妇选择进入劳动力市场，由家庭向社会转型。因此，研究当前全职主妇的再就业与就业适应性有重要的现实意义。本研究从这个现象出发，主要采用半结构式访谈和质性分析方法，采取滚雪球的抽样方法，调查访谈了16位全职主妇个案样本。从生命历程、性别角色、情感劳动和社会资本等的角度研究了全职主妇再就业意愿和就业后的适应性问题，本文发现，由于空巢化的提前到来与家庭结构核心化的转变，女性生命历程的发展到新阶段，使社会对其承担家庭义务的期望削弱，加之性别角色观念的转变与由情感劳动商品化引起的服务业的兴起，促进了中年全职主妇的再就业意愿，同时由于个人经历、个人性格和社会资源积累的差异性导致了不同全职主妇再就业适应性的差异。

Abstract

Women’s labor participation is an important indicator of women’s status and social development, and it is closely related to gender equality and modernization. But for a long time there has been a neglected area in the field of women’s employment – ​​full-time housewives employment. Affected by traditional social thoughts, full-time housewives are positioned as the social role of “consulting and teaching families” . However, in the recent market-oriented transformation process, some of them chose to enter the labor market. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the re-employment and employment adaptability of current full-time housewives. Based on this phenomenon, this paper mainly uses semi-structured interviews and qualitative analysis methods to interview 16 full-time housewife cases. From the perspective of life history, gender role and social capital, this paper studies the re-employment willingness and post-employment adaptability of full-time housewives, and finds that the development of women's life history and the change of gender role concept have promoted the re-employment of middle-aged full-time housewives. The transition of life stage and the mismatch of timing of change and the difference of personal resources accumulation leads to the difference in the adaptability of full-time housewives.
