摘 要
本案位于南京市江浦区汤泉街道九龙村,银泉东路和龙泉路,以及在建和修建通向地块南侧九龙湖的九龙路交汇处。基地占地约6886.6平方米,由银泉东路南北两侧分别为3037.2平米和3849.5平米两个地块组成,地块沿龙泉路及九龙路呈东北-西南走向。基地南依南京江北著名的老山国家森林公园,东西两个方向分别为南京绕城和沪陕(宁合)高速快速交通,基地距离东西两大高速快速通道均仅5-6公里即达。基地沿银泉东路向西3.6公里即可抵达江北著名大吉温泉度假村。

Summary
The case is located at Jiulong Village, Jiuquan Village, Tangquan Street, Jiangpu District, Nanjing, and at the intersection of Jiulong Road, which is under construction and the construction of the Jiulong Lake to the south of the site. The site occupies an area of 6886.6 square meters and consists of two blocks of 3037.2 square meters and 3849.5 square meters on the north and south sides of Yinquan East Road. The block is oriented northeast to southwest along Longquan Road and Jiulong Road. Based south of the famous Laoshan National Forest Park in Jiangbei, Nanjing, the east and west directions are Nanjing Express and Shanghai-Shaanxi (Ninghe) high-speed express traffic. The base is only 5-6 kilometers away from the east-west two high-speed fast-tracks. The base is 3.6 kilometers west of Yinquan East Road and can reach the famous Daji Hot Spring Resort in Jiangbei.
