东南大学成贤学院建筑艺术大楼周边景观设计——方案B1

摘 要

东南大学成贤学院位于东南大学浦口校区，在南京市江北新区。随着学院的日渐发展，原有的建筑面积已经不能满足学院的发展需求，需要建设新的教学楼以及相关配套设施。这其中，建筑与艺术设计学院拟建一栋艺术大楼，周边配套设计需要满足师生的基本需求以及体现出艺术系的办学特色。

校园环境是优先为步行人群提供服务的户外空间，需要做到城市要素与自然要素和谐并存，结合校园特点形成独有的校园景观。本课题通过分析高校校园户外空间规划并结合成贤学院建筑艺术大楼周边环境，打造出一个绿色、生态、舒适、现代化的艺术大楼周边景观设计方案。

关键词：艺术大楼；户外空间；景观设计；自然要素

Abstract

Chengxian college of southeast university is located in Pukou campus of southeast university, in jiangbei new district, Nanjing city. With the development of the college, the original building area can no longer meet the development needs of the college, and new teaching buildings and related supporting facilities need to be built. Among them, the institute of architecture and art design will build an art building, and the surrounding supporting design needs to meet the basic needs of teachers and students as well as reflect the school-running characteristics of art department.
The campus environment is the outdoor space that gives priority to providing services for people on foot. it is necessary to achieve the harmonious coexistence of urban elements and natural elements, and form unique campus landscape by combining with campus characteristics. This project has created a green, ecological, comfortable and modern landscape design scheme around the art building by analyzing the outdoor space planning of university campus and combining with the surrounding environment of the building art building of chengxian university.

1. 引言

随着教育水平的不断提高，近年年来国内各个高校录取人数逐年增多，伴随着学生数量的激增，随之带来的便是教学楼老化，教学场地不足，教学设备陈旧等问题。

因此各个高校开始更新教学设备，扩展教育资源，带动了教育事业发展的同时也面临着学生对于学校的选择范围扩大而导致需要更新校园软实力的问题。校园景观规划便是最直观的感受一所高校教学理念，教学思想的体现。学生们在同等的高校中更加倾向于公共设施完备，景观优美的院校。因此，如何设计出一个既能体现学校精神风貌又能吸引学生眼球的校园景观是问题的关键所在。
