摘 要

伴随着时代的发展，农业是伴随了我国上下五千年的传统文明，所以农村的改造是必不可少的。新农村建设离不开景观设计，方方面面需要注意，景观建筑的改造应该符合我国发展的现状，可持续发展是一个非常重要的体现。景观设计本来就要符合很多点，合理的设计离不开安全，美观，节能环保等方面。我国一直倡导节能环保，所以改造的基础上更加需要合理利用资源，不能铺张浪费，大动干戈。应该在原有的建筑景观基础上进行一系列的改造和增加。使得新农村跟上时代的发展，使其变得多元化，并且可以可持续发展。

1. 引 言

1.1 选题背景

在我国城市化进程加快的背景下，城市的建设突飞猛进，乘着城乡一体化开发建设的大东风和在改善城市居民居住环境的有利形势下，位于城乡结合部的农村迎来了环境改造的大好时机，国内外一些好的案例也为目前方兴未已的乡村景观设计提供了很好的借鉴。

1.2 课题目的与意义

正是在这种城市建设的背景下，句容市也为自身的发展迈开了脚步。华阳镇处于104国道，宁杭公路和镇江到南京禄口机场机场高速的交汇点，东边就是镇江、西边就是南京，两边距离差不多都是45公里，东面距离沪宁高速公路大约7公里，西边距离禄口机场大约30公里，有这良好的地理位置优势。在华阳镇的新坊村规划设立了特色风味街水体景观的建设项目，该项目外部交通极为便利，为当代城市建设处于探索起步阶段的村镇环境景观设计提供了一个很好的实践案例。
