东南大学成贤学院建筑艺术大楼周边景观设计—2号地段方案一

摘 要

在东南大学成贤学院图书馆西北侧地块作为建筑艺术大楼建设基地,基地北接校园围墙，东南相邻校园人工湖，西侧有土坡一座。设计场地基本平整，植被生长良好，有现状小路。通过将人工湖边缘的修改,绿植以及铺装的修饰将人工湖与建筑艺术大楼相融合,一方面在维持生态平衡,不破坏原有的大型植被的基础上进行改造,注重校园特色,做到人与景,人与建筑,景与建筑的和谐平衡;另一方面,从人的角度出发,注重师生之间的交流与活动,最大限度的保证建筑艺术系师生实践以及交往的良好空间,做到以人为本。

abstract

With characteristics of large block adjacent to the northwest to the Southeast University in Xian College Library plots as architectural art building base construction, the base of campus in the north wall, East Campus artificial lake, on the west side of a slope. The design ground level, vegetation growth is good, the present path. The artificial lake edge modifications, plants and pavement modified artificial lake and architectural art building integration, in maintaining the ecological balance, does not destroy the original vegetation based on transformation, focusing on campus, do people and scenery, architecture, landscape and building the harmonious balance; on the other hand, from the point of view, pay attention to between teachers and students exchanges and activities. To maximize the guarantee of the construction of the Department of teachers and students of the art practice and communication of good space, so as to be people-oriented.

一、工程概况

1.1 设计地段考察

项目位置：该场地为建筑艺术大楼周边景观，拟建位置为成贤学院图书馆西北侧地块。基地北接校园围墙，东南相邻校园人工湖，西侧有土坡一座。设计场地基本平整，植被生长良好，有现状小路。

项目实际情况：该地块设计面积约为2.5万平米，建筑与艺术系大楼的总建筑面积约为5千平米，层数不超过4层，目前尚在设计阶段。

建筑与艺术系创建于2006年8月，目前有建筑学、环境设计、风景园林和动画四个专业，师资力量雄厚，近几年学生毕业就业率近100%，薪酬水平也明显高于其他同类院校的相关专业。本次设计应充分利用现场优良的景观资源，依托建筑艺术大楼，营造一个供莘莘学子苦读休憩的场所，为本系新楼建设添砖加瓦。

1.2 项目研究的原因及意义

该地块作为建筑艺术系的教学大楼，建议在该场地设置一些适合写生的景观和观景点供学生写生。

学校能给建筑艺术系一个基地培养学生，既说明了建筑艺术系的成长得到了学校的肯定，也说明学校开始重视建筑艺术系的发展。

研究原因：往届的建筑艺术系学生都与电子系的学生共有一座大楼，实为不便，且电子大楼里实际归属建筑艺术系学生的楼层只有3层，而建筑艺术系学生很多创作需要的就是空间，因此建筑艺术系的很多实践课程受限无而法展开。
