现代Loft办公空间设计

摘 要

本次方案定位为现代LOFT办公空间设计，遵循人性化设计、舒适实用、开敞通透是这次设计的基本特点，同时运用设计元素加以点缀成为本次设计理念。此户型面积为370多平方米，可满足约70人活动空间，在此实训基地需预留会议室、接待区、材料展示区、动画设备储藏室及动画渲染室等空间。

设计自由舒适以及个性空间设计，是我对这次设计方案的最基本的要求。人性化、敞开化的办公空间，是本次设计在空间规划一个难点。选用现代LOFT风格，一方面可以充分利用整个办公空间，另一方面使整个实训基地更具有现代、前卫的设计思想，让使用者在此环境中惬意、舒适。本次设计，色彩运用简洁的黑、白、灰使空间更具有层次感、节奏感。增加原木色的木纹使空间更温馨，舒适。在施工工艺上，粗糙的原木与细致的金属相结合，掺插绿色植物使整个空间充满活力。本次设计的方案设计前提符合各个功能需求，同时增加设计者娱乐空间，使人处其中，能够获得舒适、自然、开心的设计环境。

Abstract: The positioning scheme for the design of modern loft office space, follow the humanization design, comfortable and practical, open transparent is the basic characteristics of the design. At the same time, the use design elements to be decorated as the design concept. This Huxing area of more than 370 square meters, can meet about 70 people in the activity space, in this training base to be set aside for the conference room, reception area, material display area, animation equipment storage room and animation rendering room and other space.

Design freedom and comfort and personality space design, is my most basic requirements for the design of the program. Humanization, open office space, is the design of the space in a difficult. Selection of modern LOFT style, on the one hand can make full use of the entire office space, on the other hand to make the entire training base more modern, avant-garde design ideas, so that users in this environment comfortable, comfortable. This design, the use of simple color black, white, gray so that the space has a sense of hierarchy, rhythm. Increase of log color wood make the space more comfortable and warm. In the construction process, the rough log and the combination of fine metal, mixed with green plants to make the whole space full of vitality. The design of the program is in accordance with the requirements of the various functional requirements, while increasing the designer entertainment space, so that people can get comfortable, natural, happy design environment.

1 前言

随着社会经济的发展，各种企业性公司应运而生，其办公空间越来越受到人们的重视，已初步形成了一个独特的空间类型。LOFT在中国的出现对格子式办公空间这样的传统办公观念提出了挑战，对现代城市有关工作、居住分区的概念提出挑战，工作和居住不必分离，可以发生在同一个大空间中，厂房和办公、住宅之间出现了部分重叠。LOFT工作、生活方式使居者即使在繁华的都市中，也仍然能感受到身处郊野时那样不羁的自由^[1]。 

  这种新概念形式体现了“以人为本”的设计思想，张扬个性LOFT空间设计概念。让业主和设计师不再会受到原有建筑格局的限制，可以充分发挥自己的想象力将空间重新划分，因此这种空间在办公室装修的设计，都和传统的办公空间有所区别。这需要设计师根据业主的要求花费更多的心思去创作空间划分。

本次设计结合了人们生活的现状所带来的影响的设计表现，以现代LOFT空间设计为元素，打造精致与粗糙、镜面反射与漫反射相结合的人性化空间设计。
