摘要：本次毕业设计报告题目为南京卷烟厂离退办整治工程项目管理方案及施工招标文件编制，要求根据给定的工程设计图纸，学习掌握项目管理规划（大纲）的编制方法，明确站在建设单位立场的编写过程，进行项目管理规划（大纲）的编制；学习招标文件编制方法，掌握投标人须知前附表、评标办法、专用合同条款、技术标准和要求的编写要求，进行施工招标文件的编制；学习掌握招标流程及工程量清单编制方法，进行工程量清单的编制；阅读工程招投标相关文献，完成小论文的写作。本次毕业设计的主要任务是项目管理规划（大纲）、招标文件、工程量清单的编制和小论文的写作，其核心要素是站在建设单位立场上进行上述文件的编制。本人按照毕业设计老师要求，到江苏建科进行了为期两个月的实习，通过设身处地的站在建设单位立场进行了本次项目的招标工作和公司、学校指导老师的教导，我完成了本次项目管理规划（大纲）、招标文件、工程量清单的编制，并通过查阅招标控制价相关文献进行了小论文的写作。

Abstract: The title of the graduation design report is the project management plan and construction bidding documents for the Nanjing Cigarette Factory Retirement and Renovation Project. It is required that according to the given engineering design drawings, the preparation method of the project management plan (outline) should be mastered, and the project should be clearly established. The preparation of the position, the preparation of the project management plan (outline); learning to grasp the tender documents preparation method, understand the bidder must know before the schedule, evaluation methods, special contract terms, technical standards and requirements for the preparation of requirements, the construction of the tender documents The preparation; learning to master the bidding process and the preparation of the bill of quantities, the preparation of the bill of quantities; read the project bidding related documents, complete the writing of a small paper.The main tasks of this graduation project are the project management planning (outline), tender documents, the preparation of the bill of quantities, and the writing of small papers. The core elements of the graduation project are to compile the above documents from the standpoint of the construction unit. According to the graduation design teacher's request, I went to Jiangsu Jianke to conduct a two-month internship, and through the position of the construction unit, I carried out the bidding for the project and the guidance of the company and the instructor. I completed the project. 根据给定的工程设计图纸，学习掌握项目管理规划（大纲）的编制方法，明确站在建设单位立场编写项目管理规划（大纲）的过程；学习掌握招标文件编制方法，了解投标人须知前附表、评标办法、专用合同条款、技术标准和要求的编写要求；学习掌握招标流程及工程量清单编制方法；阅读工程招投标相关文献，完成小论文的写作。

1.2毕业设计意义

毕业设计是我们在完成理论课程和有了一定实践经历的基础上进行的，也是我们本科学习阶段最后的综合性教育内容。在毕业设计中，综合运用自己大学四年里所学到的理论知识、专业知识和技能去寻找问题、分析问题、解决问题，帮助我们对以往所学知识做了一个完整的回顾与再深化，同时也通过对实际问题的解决培养了我们的综合分析和独立解决问题的能力。
