摘 要

本次毕业设计主要围绕扬州蜀冈小区一期工程B-15住宅楼项目，主要从建设单位、招标代理以及施工单位三个不同角度进行毕业设计。在整个毕业设计过程中，我主要负责施工单位部分的工作。整个设计过程工作主要包括清单工程量的计算，投标报价以及投标文件的编写，最后结合在整个施工方工作中遇到的问题，形成了一篇小论文，小论文主要围绕在施工过程中，如何优化施工进度计划展开，并结合毕业设计所涉及的项目加以分析。在整个毕业设计的过程中，发现了很多问题以及自身的在专业知识上的不足以及欠缺，但在相关方面的问题上，我们也学习到了很多的知识，对整个招投标过程有了更为明确的认识，为接下来的工作和学习提供了一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。整个毕业设计的过程以及得到的成果将在报告中得到体现。

本次毕业设计旨在考察学生对于施工组织设计以及投标报价的编制能力，通过考察专业知识的掌握情况，让我们对于项目管理有一个更为直观的认识。同时，小论文考察了我们发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力，锻炼了我们在工作中思考问题的能力。

Abstract

This graduation design mainly around Yang Zhou Shu Gang area first phase B - 15 residential projects, mainly from the construction units, bidding agent, and construction units for graduation design three different angles. In the process of the graduation design, I mainly responsible for the construction unit of work. The entire design process work mainly includes the calculation of list of quantities, tender offer and tender documents writing, finally combining the problems encountered in the whole construction work, formed a small paper, small paper mainly around the construction process, how to optimize construction progress plan, combined with the graduation design, the analysis of the project. In the whole process of graduation design, found many problems and the lack of professional knowledge and lack, but on the related issues, we also learned a lot of knowledge, to a more clear understanding of the whole bidding process, for the rest of the work and the study provides a certain reference significance and reference value. The graduation design process and to get the results will be reflected in the report.

The graduation design to examine students for the construction organization design and bid price quotations of ability, through investigating the mastery of professional knowledge, let us to have a more intuitive understanding of project management. At the same time, the essay examined we found that the problem, the ability to analyze and solve problems, to exercise the ability to ponder over a problem in our work.

前言

本次毕业设计选择了扬州蜀冈小区一期工程B-15住宅楼项目，围绕项目建设的招投标过程展开，并把整个招投标的过程分为了三个方面，建设方、咨询方和施工方。在毕业设计中，我主要负责施工方的相关工作。施工方的工作主要集中在投标报价的编制以及施工组织设计的编制。投标报价的编制要在清单工程量的基础上，计算出施工工程量，并结合相关的工程定额以及市场价来确定；施工组织设计要考虑的内容较多，需要考虑整个工程的工程特点，工程进行过程中的施工进度计划、人工机械台班的使用数量、施工工序以及采用的施工技术、整个施工现场的平面布置等因素，需要从整体上把握整个项目。最终按照招标文件的要求，编制出一份完整的投标文件。

对于整个毕业设计过程中遇到了很多问题，我选择了如何优化施工进度计划的角度进行了进一步的研究，探讨了一些施工进度计划编制过程中需要注意的相关问题以及优化方案，并指出了施工进度计划对于整个项目进程的重要性。
