栖樾府项目物业管理方案

摘 要

物业管理是一个城市发展的产物，随着新房、新商业区、新工业厂房等一系列建筑建成后，完善的物业管理将负责建筑修缮 完成后的保养、经营、治安、客服等方面的管理，同时在建筑建成之前，物业管理也会随着项目完成度介入，跟进项目，在项目完成的过程之中对项目提出有利意见，并组织前期的物业管理，好的物业管理方案能推进整个项目的进程，避免许多不必要的问题，提升产品的质量。因此，一个项目需要一个好的物业管理方案。

另一方面，在全球经济和技术革命的今天，全球的技术也在与时俱进，互联网技术的快速发展，让所有事物都与之关联起来，以互联网为中心的发展形态决定了物业管理也终将与时俱进。

本文基于对No.新区2019G07地块所建项目栖樾府的研究，从地块分析，前期介入，设计组织管理，设计人员编制，设计管理规章制度的角度出发，组织规划地块的物业管理方案。并尝试组织策划一种新的小区物业管理模式，并结合“互联网云技术”的相关知识，提出物业管理与互联网相结合的创新管理方案，在完善物业管理方案的同时，将物业管理与互联网管理结合，提出创新性的物业管理方案设计做法，为未来物业管理的发展提出改进意见。

Abstract
