摘 要

投标控制价是施工企业赢得业务的关键环节，投标控制价是招标人企业管理能力、市场应变能力、成本控制能力、技术创新能力等市场竞争能力的综合体现。本课题的目的是研究投标控制价的内容和编制方法。在研究过程中，通过熟悉图纸、图集、定额，了解工程的基本情况，根据工程量的计算规则，计算出工程量，然后通过定额的设置得到总造价，并检查结果是否有误。投标控制价计算和编制时，服从道理，不固执己见，保证“量”与“价”的准确合理。

本次《阳光尚城项目投标控制价编制》采用的是清单计价模式，采用2014版江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额，建筑施工图纸和相关部分计算说明，按照2013版房屋建筑与装饰工程量计算规范算出清单消耗量，并进行软件套价。

Preparation of Construction Bidding Documents for Yangguangshangcheng Project

Abstract

Bid control price is the key link for construction enterprises to win business,and bid control price is the comprehensive embodiment of the enderee's enterprise management ability,market strain ability,cost control ability,technology innovation ability and other market competitiveness.This project aims to study the content and compilation method of bid control price.In the research process,through familiar with drawings,atlas,quota,understand the basic situation of the project,according to the amount of calculation rules,the calculation of the amount of the project,and then through a set of quota to get the total cost and check the result is wrong.Bidding price control calculation and preparation,obey reason,not stubborn,to ensure the "quantity" and "price" accurate and reasonable.

The "Yangguangshangcheng control price for tenders" mode is,adopt 2014 jiangsu province construction and decoration engineering valuation quota,construction drawings and related part of the calculation shows that,in accordance with the 2013 version of the housing construction and decoration consumption calculation standard calculate the list of quantities,and software packages.
